I was off yesterday and decided to go to Oggi’s. I had been wanting to go here since this place opened. The was barely anyone there since it was mid day. Server walked by an tossed some napkins and straws on the table… super rude. Then another person came over and took our order. Took very long to get our food, the pizza was warm like it had been sitting out when it should’ve been hot. The wings were all drums no flats, they tasted like they were cooked in old grease and squeezed with lemon juice. The waitress came back and checked on us 1 time. Then after that I had to get the attention of the hostess to see if we could get our receipt to pay. The waitress never even came back to give us the bill the hostess did. Super RUDE like who does that? There was a guy there looked like maybe the owner or proprietor never spoke to any of the customers. I definitely will not be back, nor will I refer anyone. I could go into some other details but there’s no point. Don’t provide excellent service for the customers you like, and poor service to others why even be in business if that’s your mentality.?

The pizza and wings were great! They had the thick crust I like on pizza. The coffee ☕ was good as well. The coffee had cinnamon, just enough for a nice taste and smell of cinnamon. We had an awesome time watching the game!!! Family friendly Great customer service. Thank you!

My family came in just after 8:00 tonight as we were driving back home to Apple Valley from the beach. Coming into the place I was greated rudely, and told last call for food had already started. I was being turned away… I honestly couldn’t believe it being that they close at 10:00. On my way back to the car I was stopped by another employee who said she would take care of us. Karegen and I am truly sorry if I butchered your name. You were absolutely amazing to us and I wanted to let you know that we are more than appreciative of you. You turned a negative review into a positive and others can learn from you. Because what you did tonight is exactly what customer service is supposed to be like. My family and I are thankful for you going above and beyond.

We have had a rough time trying new restaurants the last couple of months, especially when it comes to sports bars. I had heard about this chain previously and meant to try it, but never did. When we heard one would be opening up in Fontana just a few minutes away we were excited! We took the family there for lunch on a Sunday. Not a huge place. It was very clean and littered with televisions and sports decor. Comfy atmosphere. The staff seems very nice and helped us find a table. You can tell the staff is still getting a hang of the menu and the operations side, but we’re friendly and helpful nonetheless. We ordered pizza fries as an appetizer and they were a hit. Seasoned fries with mozzarella, chunks of pepperoni and italian sausage. It seems better than just a sum of it’s parts, and damn, was it good, especially with marinara. My wife got the pork sliders which were tasty, but needed some sauce on the side and my son got the kids popcorn chicken. Everything was fresh and tasty. My daughter ordered a small pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. This will be a place where we likely order pizzas to go from in the future. I ordered the Tequila Chicken on a recommendation from our waitress. Spinach pasta in a butter cream sauce with chunks of marinated chicken, lime and perfectly cooked peppers and onions. I cried. Not because of the transcendental experience, but it was pretty spicy. The dish was great though. Could’ve upgraded the crescent roll that came with it though. Overall, the food is good because it’s fresh and balanced. This is not a place where you will find a chef in the kitchen serving up cutting edge cuisine, but a place that amplifies dishes you would find at a sports bar. And it’s well done. It has a nice outside area with fire pits and tables ready to let you enjoy a drink while watching the sunset against the beautiful mountain range. I enjoyed Oggi’s and am glad it’s only a few minutes from our house. I hope to see it continue to grow, because the in-house brew is impressive. If the place can keep it’s charm, stay clean and keep wanting to delight their customers with the warm welcome you’ll recieve, this place will flourish. I would love to see them take it up a notch and bring in an actual chef and do a seasonal menu on top of their pizzas and sports-bar fare. That’s my dream place. It’s all about the food though and when you leave a place thinking only about the food it tells you all the other technicalities fell in line. They have a chance to really take over a relatively dissapointing food area with Boston’s, no thanks, and some forgettable Mexican and Asian cuisine spots close by. They got started on the right foot, now it’s up to them to run with it or let it go to their head and turn into another overhyped sports bar (Boston’s). Good luck Oggi’s. I’m rooting for you.

The food was delicious and cheap! They allow dogs on the patio too! Our waitress Riley was so attentive and friendly. She brought our dog a chicken patty for only 2 bucks! I will definitely be coming back.

Our walking in apparently interrupted a conversation between the greeter and a server. We were told to just go find a table and I’ll have someone bring you a menu. We found our table, but it took the menus about eight minutes to catch up to us. I did notice we were getting some weird looks from some of the staff. I blew it off as to maybe they haven’t seen two combat vets having dinner before. Our server came and took our order. An hour went by and our pizza hadn’t come out yet, so we paid for our drinks and left. We won’t be going back.

Most importantly, bad food taste, too much dough, barely any cheese, the wings weren’t good but big wings, long wait but okay services, there’s just so much to improve there, I wouldn’t go back.

We’ve been to this Oggis in fontana a few times and the food has been ok, sunday june 4th was horrible, the tortilla soup looked like a bowl full of olive oil, our Margherita pizza had no basil, our to-go wings were super dry with no seasoning.

Service was really bad, I should have realized this from the moment the hostess told us it would be a 20 minutes wait minimum. I told her I would be waiting outside and once the 20 minutes went by I asked her how many people in front of us. She then said oh I’m sorry I thought you had left, I then told her I was right outside like I told her. Waited an hour for our food and appetizers NEVER came. I came here because I think the one on Campus is too far but I honestly now will be driving there since the service was fantastic.
