Lady at the front was very RUDE! I ordered over the phone before I came in and we were sitting down to eat. I asked for spoons for my children, and she made a rude comment about me ordering to go but sitting in the restaurant in EAT. Then she made a comment about children sitting down at the table as if it irritated her! If you don’t want customers eating in Resturant take away the TABLES! I’ve come very often but this will be my last visit. I would’ve left Immediately but because of the comments she made my family sat and ate for the food I paid for! My children love coming here but OEC is not the only place to get Japanese take out!

I think it’s the best place for chicken/steak hibachi in the area. I haven’t had any customer service issues myself, but I do get a walking on eggshells vibe. Being nice and regularly tipping is an investment that seems to pay off.

I paid $6.75 on DoorDash for the Crab Egg Roll. It was listed as 4 egg rolls and when I received my order it was only one egg roll cut into fourths. The advertisement at this restaurant is shady and vague at best.

The food is fine, but the real problem is the customer service. My wife placed an order online and I went to go pick it up. I walk in and the woman who I have seen running the main counter in the front is sitting down at one of the booths and doesn’t bother to acknowledge I came in. Grand scheme of things, not a big deal, but something I noticed from my restaurant experience as an employee.

Lady up front was extremely rude. I asked for a receipt and she started yelling at me saying “you think I gave you wrong price” “wrong price” . I said no I just need my receipt and she throws it at me and says “thuu” and sits down and ignores me. I told her I will never be back. Lots of people complaining about her on here from years back. I guess she owns the place but I DO NOT recommend going there. Insane she is in customer service business!
