This is nice location for a Jamaican restaurant. The ambiance was chill and clean. The food was a bit average but it wasn’t bad. I had the brown stew chicken with rice and peas. It was hot but the meat could use a bit more seasoning to make the taste stand out more. The rice and peas was good though. The prices and portions could be more reasonable.

Definitely stop by! The staff were welcoming, attentive and friendly. My boyfriend never had Jamaican food before and he loved it! We got jerk chicken and jerk salmon both very delicious. Big portions.

Went with my mom and daughter. We loved it. Everything was delicious. The service was great, everything cooked to order. A must visit!

The establishment was very clean and staff was welcoming. We ordered curry goat and oxtails. The curry goat was great could have been a tad bit heavier with the curry but flavor was there. The oxtails were well seasoned and tender. The rice and peas and veggies were a solid add on to the meal. The sweet plantains rounded out the meal with the sweetness.

Im Jamaican and decided to take my girlfriend and her kids to this restaurant, it was her kids first time having Jamaican food. It was a disappointment to say the least. It took an hour to get our food, it came in take out boxes although we were dining in, the service was lacking professionalism… to make it worse, the food was very bland (we had the oxtail, curry chicken, jerk chicken and red snapper). We also had the mac n cheese which was dry and flavorless as well. Extremely basic Jamaican food with high end prices. Literally the only good thing I would say is that after waiting an hour, the food did come out of the kitchen piping hot and seemed fresh. Would not recommend!!

The place is very clean and welcoming for sure and so is the staff. The issue for me was the food. When I think of authentic Caribbean food. I think of the rawness of it. I think they put a lot into presentation and it kind of took away the raw Jamaican taste. I got the curried shrimp and it was jumbo sized shrimp that didn’t really soak up the taste so to say. When I think of Jamaican food I think of gravy all over my plate and everything just soaked in the delicious juices. For the price of that food I could’ve went to a seafood restaurant. Overall I give the experience a 3 because of the staff.

We had dinner here last night. We ordered beef patties, brown stew chicken/rice and peas, curry chicken, plantains and ackee and saltfish. This was a nice change from all of the seafood options in Ocean City MD. All of the dishes had a lot of flavor, portions were enough to eat and have some left over. It was hard to pick a favorite out of the stuff we ordered. The server was friendly, the restaurant was spacious and the music being played was the icing on the cake. We would definitely go back!

Came here because of the reviews and we love jamaican food, was NOT disappointed. Nice variety from the other island eats. Tender meat, delicious flavors, generous portions and sweet sweet service. The place has a chill relaxed vibe. I ordered the oxtail, nice meaty bites with a side of beef patty. The patty has a soft flaky crust with well seasoned beef. My party also ordered the jerk chicken and weekend goat curry special. The goat curry was so AMAZING. So happy that we got more patties to go. Happy bellies, well be back thank you

In my opinion, this is one of the best restaurants in Ocean City. They have awesome food that makes me want to dance and good portions. This time, I got the jerk salmon with steamed vegetables and callalo, and my husband got the jerk burger. My fish was perfectly done and smothered in sauce that made me want to lick the bottom of the container, and the sides were zesty and absolutely delicious–far from the afterthought sides at some places. I wish this restaurant were closer to home!

The owner and staff were really nice and welcoming. My daughter has food allergies and they made the necessary adjustments to make sure her food was allergy free which was greatly appreciated. The food was finger licking good. I’m Jamaican and this restaurant felt like home to us. I would definitely recommend eating here and I can’t wait to visit again.
