My son recommended that we gather together here at O’Charley’s after we landed coming from Colorado because he said the food is great. Coming from the West, I haven’t heard of this restaurant before, but after dinner, my wife and I was quite pleased with our meal. The staff was highly courteous and professional and provided the COVID guidelines, I was very pleased with how this facility operated considering the circumstances. Additionally, this restaurant was well maintained and presented cleanliness at all times. I highly recommend others to visit and enjoy a well prepared meal.

Thank you so much Angi for the great customer service. The food was perfect and so welcoming. I love that I can ask for a medium rare steak and it comes out exactly as I asked. The prices are great and it is huge inside. Plenty of space for family get together ❤

Food and service were both great! Prime rib was excellent, chicken strips had a perfect, almost gentle crisp with the best honey mustard I have personally ever had. Salads were fresh, and rolls were brought with a whipped butter. They were hot, and we never ran out. There was 3 of us dining, and i don’t think we could even make up a complaint if we wanted to. Wonderful experience, and we will return soon.

We’ve had great experiences every time we’ve come! Everyone here is really nice and willing to do a little extra. Most importantly: this location’s rolls are ALWAYS on point, unlike other locations I’ve visited. They’re soft, sweet, and buttery – never dry or hard.

An absolutely pitiful waitstaff has resulted in me no longer dining in at this location. Carryout had been better, until my two most recent visits where I’ve waited in the store for over 20 minutes on an order that was supposed to be ready upon my arrival. The first of these visits I waited 20 minutes at the carryout station before being acknowledged by anyone other than the hostess (who continually told me the other employee was “on the way”). On today’s visit, the order I called ahead with was not given to the kitchen staff until after my arrival. I will never visit here again.

Service was excellent and fast. Tre was the best server i have had in a long time. Seafood dinner was excellent until i found the hair fried in my fish . Tre took care of it and got us fresh food. The manager did give us a discount on our order but didn’t seem to be sincere in his apology. Hopefully the kitchen staff are using hair nets. Over all it was a pretty good experience and great food once i got past the hair and had fresh food. We would recommend this place and we will be returning

Ordered two meals of fish and chips one order of chicken tenders. Waited for our order for an hour and fifteen minutes. 40 minutes after placing order and getting our drinks and bread, no updates after that. At the hour mark we had empty drinks and no update as to what was going on. The manager and asked to visit the table. 15 minutes later the manager arrived. Not so much as a smile or an attempt at an apology. We were told the kitchen was short staffed and our food would be right out. 15 minutes later our server returned to deliver our food and top off drinks, which had remained empty up till now. The reason we were given for the wait was a lack of prep of the fish. So rather than offer another dish or allowing the customer to decide how to proceed, this was a summary of the service we received. The food was passable. Due to the above reasons and short coming of the kitchen and management we will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.
