Tamara was our server today, she was absolutely amazing!! She made sure that our entire dining experience was filled with awesome food and drinks. Tamara’s attention to detail rivaled any fine dining restaurant that I have frequented. I am telling you, Tamara is the real deal!! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch today. This O’Charley’s location is blessed to have this lady on their team.

I ordered the Zuppa Tuscany soup. It was very watered-down. This soup comes with kale-Italian sausage, bacon bits, sliced potatoes etc. My soup had none, of these ingredients. I asked for a better bowl and still lucked out! I ended up choosing a different soup.

I haven’t been in a while. The quality of the food has changed. The rolls shrunk. They are still good. The cheese wedges are still delicious. The Southern Pecan Chicken Tender Salad has changed its lettuce (I noticed). I probably will take Charley’s off my list though.

My food was excellent but my wife’s food was way over cooked it is like the cook threw both items in the fryer at the same time and you can’t do that with two different cook times we had stopped there because my wife hadn’t been there in a while and she used to love the place she was really disappointed and I agree especially when you get something that they say is world famous the waiter never asked if the food was good after serving just didn’t come back until we was done eating as we shared my food. I ate some of hers and it was extremely overcooked and small size tenders like we got the last of the bag with scraps left. he finally asked if we wanted our check and noticed that barely anything was gone from her plate. He could have handled the problem better but he didn’t

This is mine and my mother’s go to place to eat when we are in the Birmingham area. The food is always great especially the steak. We love the cheese wedges and margaritas too! Our servers have always been friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

I always get the Louisiana sirloin. Medium cooked, they always nail the cook on the steak. Service is a little spotty, I guess, depending on what mood the server is in. I had issues with brown lettuce in my salad one time, and the manager was very helpful. He asked if I wanted replaced. I just pulled out the brown lettuce and showed it to him because I wanted him to be aware of what was coming out of the kitchen. Wasn’t looking for free food. I just wanted to make him aware. In the end, we weren’t upcharged for our salads, which I thought was fair. On the last visit, my toddler needed a booster seat. I asked the server for one. She clearly heard me because she even stated back, ” ok, you need a booster seat. ” 10 minutes later, I went and grabbed myself a booster seat.

We had a group of 10 with 4 kids. Our server was quick to get the drinks and rolls out to us. Our order came fast. I had the grilled chicken with peach chutney. Very delicious. My husband tried the balsamic chicken and loved it.
