Went here for Sunday dinner .. was quoted a 10-20 min wait time.. i let an hour pass before checking and was notified that my name was bumped off and they assumed I left. I brushed it off as the host was very apologetic and as a former restaurant host , server, and manager I understand. I got sat and did not get any bread or even a mention of it. Appetizer was cold but it was free so I didn’t complain. Drinks were lacking liquor but my issue was the manager came out to “help” with a jacket on, didn’t check on a single customer and overall seemed like she didn’t care. I then asked for my food to be prepared Togo. Once I got home and opened my food my tenders was soggy from being packed in the same box as my medium steak and my mac and cheese was without cheese. Highly disappointed and that was my first and last time at that restaurant.

The food was good but our waitress might should have used a pad to write things down!! We asked for lemons, she forgot. We asked for ranch, she forgot. We asked for a cup of ice, she forgot. And she only had two tables!! Atmosphere could have been better but we was seated in a section where it seems the staff take their breaks and little gnats kept flying around…

Mrs. Brenda was our waitress and she was so sweet. I love the big open floor plan. Our food was pretty good, although the regular side of Mac and cheese tasted & looked very cheap, my husband wished the sweet tea would’ve been a little stronger, and my salad was drowned in dressing. Everything looked very good, and you definitely leave full because you also get rolls with your dinner. I enjoyed the experience enough to say I would go again, and just get the upgraded sides.

We sat down about 4 PM on a Tuesday and the restaurant was completely empty. staff was friendly. The patty melt came out cold and chicken fingers came out cold, and the fries came out cold. The fourth person in the party received the complete wrong meal but it was immediately corrected.

I ordered to go. Sorry for the after we started eating pics. The Food was smelling so good I forgot to take pics before the grub fest. My brother and I ordered all the Appetizers. Loaded Potato Skins, Seafood Sampler, Chicken tenders with fries, fried pickle chips, Baby Back Ribs, and Lobster Quesadillas. Those baby back ribs were softer than 20000 Count Silk sheets that were falling off the bone good. The Lobster Quesadilla was amazing. Those famous chicken tenders made me want to go back for more. The Loaded Potato Skins were greeeeeaaaaat Tony the Tiger style amazing. OMG did I forget the yeast rolls were sweet, warm, and hella yummy. The Conyers Location made my experience so pleasant that I will plan to sit in for dinner as an option on my next off day. They had a lot of happy people dining and enjoying themselves so I will make a dinner trip soon. If you are wondering but yes the food portions were plentiful. O’Charleys is worth the money.

9-8-2022 – Out in the area and decided to stop in for dinner with my wife. Not too crowded, and we were seated right away. Joanna was our server. She was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We ordered the Popcorn Shrimp and Stuffed Crab Appetizer. My wife ordered the Butterfly Shrimp meal with Potato Soup and another side. I ordered the Surf and Turf combo (chicken tenders, catfish, and shrimp) with Potato soup and fries. The Appetizer came out first and the soup, which was how we wanted it. The bread was cold and not too good, but she took care of it. The rest of the food didn’t take too long. But Joanna had to reorder my fries which were cold. Otherwise the food was good, and we went home with to go boxes.
