Ordered O’Charley’s via Doordash. I got a filet with asparagus and baked potato. She got a California salad. I also ordered chips and queso. The filet, despite being door dashed, was amazing! The medium cook was perfect. It was covered in mushrooms and a delicious sauce. The asparagus and potato were good, but with small portion size. She really liked salad. The fresh fruit set off the greens nicely. The queso was good. It is not a spicy queso, which I usually prefer. We were given five very fresh rolls. Overall, a good meal for a good price in comparison to some other restaurants in the area. It would be five stars if portions of sides had been bigger.

Food and service overall was great. Would give 5 stars except my girlfriend ordered the Lousiana steak medium rare and it was the rarest steak I have ever seen. She didn’t neccesarily mind too much but only ate half to take the rest home and finish cooking it. I had the butter drizzled fried chicken, baked potato and Caesar salad. They were all delicious. The kids had chicken tenders and fries and they gobbled it up. Overall really good food. Kids food was only 99 cents each and the staff was friendly and took care of us quickly. Would be 5 stars if not for the very undercooked steak. I didn’t think to take a pic after the cut unfortunately.

Used to be one of the best restaurants in the mall area. Sad to say it has gone downhill. Multiple seats with issues. Company changed the potato soup recipe to equal cheese soup garnished with potatoes. Medium well burger equals well done and crunchy edges. Well done burger equals charcoal. Only good thing about the experience was Matt our waiter. He was understanding and courteous. California chicken had no carrots, minimal blue cheese, less than 10 pecans, but oranges and strawberries acceptable. I get these here often and 99% time is great. And one roll….quite a disappointment for my Mother’s Day meal. But I will be back for another chance

We are here in Barboursville, from Ft. Myers, Fl. visiting our parents. My mom recommended O’Charley’s for dinner, stating that the filet mignon could be cut with a fork and melts in your mouth. It had been 3 months since they had last visited, as O’Charley’s charges $20.99 for a 7oz filet, and on a fixed income that is pricey. I very much looked forward to a medium rare, melt in your mouth filet with a baked potato with butter. That is not what I received. Not sure what the cut of meat was that I was served, but it was not a filet. Filets do not have sinew. My baked potato was still half raw.
