Unassuming little food truck with awesome food and friendly service. Cash only. Hot lobster roll was the best I’ve had in a long minute. The bread roll is amazing, the slaw is pretty good. I’ll be coming back when I pass through again.

the first bite of “hot lobster roll” will live forever in my memory. the thing is DRENCHED in butter, and it is intensely good. i love that they offer two options for the rolls, but if i were you i’d focus on the hot one. the chowder is very good as well, and the vintage feel of the truck is gorgeous. i’d be a liar if i gave this any less than five stars.

More of a check-the-box when in Maine experience for me since I’m not a big lobster fan. The lobster roll was ok, so was the cole slaw – nothing I would want to repeat. There are better things I would much rather eat at that price!

What an understated gem. We had actually given up on lobster rolls because Clam Shack had closed for season. We usually go up to Bar Harbor every year with our designated food stops. But man oh man! The HOT lobster rolls were the stuff of lobster roll dreams. After a few subpar lobster rolls this trip- Ocean Roll delivered big time. We also loved the truck and carnival tent eating area set up. We plan to go back up next weekend. We got both hot and Cold but preferred the hot as the lobster was lightly tossed in butter and the lobster’s sweetness was still highlighted and the roll was toasted on the grill. The cold was pretty good but was a little too heavily seasoned- but we still thought it was a solid lobster roll. Just preferred the hot ones. We will have to try the rest of the menu on our next go. THANKS for being open and providing solid lobster rolls! See u soon!

Amazingly delicious hot lobster rolls with melted butter made to order. A must stop when in Kennebunk(port). Food truck with on site parking and picnic tables and tent with tables as well. Cash only. ATM down the street if necessary.

Best lobster rolls in southern Maine! Great value, too….2 rolls for $30. We got the hot buttered (CT style) and the classic cold roll (ME style). I’m gonna have to come back and get that swordfish next time!

What’s not to love? Food truck (which is adorable!), picnic table space with umbrellas, quick service, and an exceptional, buttered lobster roll (they have the cold w/ mayo option, too, for those with that preference). Can’t wait to go back for their chowder and whole belly clams!
