Have ordered food from this place for a number of years. The quality of the food and how it is prepared has slowly gone done. Used to be much better. Order spareribs tonight. They were under cooked. Spareribs used to be alone of the best in our area. Prices have gone up a lot. Quality and quantity have decreased. Time to find a different place to get Chinese food from. Disappointing.

My experience….I happened to be in the neighborhood and hadn’t eaten lunch yet when I spotted this restaurant with Chinese and Japanese cuisine, now it’s a bit after 11:00 am and I’m the first through the door, however they have begun delivering to online orders…I make my order…simple… Teriyaki Shrimp, soup,and two Sushi rolls…that’s usually no time at all in most places… another customer has walked in and he makes an order right after me…after 10 min or so the gentleman gets his order…two more orders are made after that for online orders, so at this point it’s been 20+ min for me and when I enquired, I’m looked at with disdain…all this time they’re setting up various stations while the food is being prepped….not only are they charging a lot for a smaller amount… Chinese home made tea 24 oz is $3.50! which tasted like reg. lemon iced tea…I just happened to be in the neighborhood and needed lunch…Never Again!!!

How are people giving this place 5 stars? They must have been paid or not know what good Chinese food is. Basically do not go to this restaurant. Food is not authentic at all and low quality. This is NYC, so many more better options. Go down a block and there is one that tastes way better and definitely authentic. Remember I said tastes better, not better customer service.

The best out of our multiple dishes order was seafood soup, they do nice job with it. The Seafood delight had just two shrimps and very dry extra small piece of lobster, the sauce and vegetables were okay though. Do not get the shrimp rolls, they are way too greasy. Both sesame chicken, and sweet and sour chicken were completely dry. We had to negotiate to get a few extra fortune cookies free, with our $80 pick-up order.

We moved to the area last year and loved to order from this place cause their sushi was good but Chinese food was mediocre. But today we ordered our usual and we went to pick up. The lady told us the total was $46 and I was shocked, cause I had order from there just about 10 days ago and it was like $40. We had $45 on hand and there was a guy sitting there who seems like he’s the boss and he told us to go to the nearby chase to get cash. But we said OK, we’ll head home cause we live nearby. So we got back and asked if they increased their price recently and the guy sitting said “I don’t know!” . We told them we always ordered here recently so if the price did increased they should have let customer know beforehand on the phone. And the guy said with an attitude that they follow the menu there they had on the table. By that time the lady came to take my $46 and gave me 85 cents change. Are they serious!!! I have about 30cents more in my pocket but they insisted that the total was $46!! It was 15cents more not $1!!! This is not how you treat a repeat customer!!! Definitely not going back again!!!!

I haven’t tried their Japanese food, but their Chinese food sucks. Fried rice wasn’t fried and the chicken was dry. Everything was bland and and under-seasoned. If you’re looking for Chinese takeout, don’t waste your time here.
