I love this place!!! It’s a hidden gem for healthy shakes and tea!! The ladies are always so bubbly and uplifting! When I’m in a rush and want something quick and healthy this is my go-to place!! Can’t recommend them enough! A few of my favorites- Malibu, and pink passion mega tea, and blueberry cobbler and pumpkin for shakes!!!

Heard about a new local nutrition shop opening up and went to go check it out. I did not know it was even possible to have that many healthy options in shake or tea form. Aleshia the owner was very helpful in explaining the many benefits of the products. I never write reviews but, this experience compelled me to pass on the good review. I love that there is an option to purchase products to create your own teas at home, away, work, or for vacations etc. Excited to go back and try all the different flavors. Went with sour watermelon (attached photo). If you are looking for a healthy alternative or lifestyle change I highly suggest paying them a visit.

I’d recommend Ocean Nutrition 100% to anyone in the area! Looking for energy but don’t want the heavy feeling of cream in your coffee? Get a tea! Don’t want the crash? TEA! Aleisha makes delicious teas, there are so many options to choose from! I’ve completely given up coffee and feel great! The shakes are also very yummy and filling – I’ve never been someone to wake up and have a shake, but now I am!

Ocean Nutrition is the best place to start your morning off. Their shakes are low in sugar, high in protein, and low calorie, but the best part, is they are delicious. I am addicted to the Mint Chocolate Chip, it takes like ice cream. Their teas are great too. The owner greets you when you walk in and the selection of shakes and teas is incredible. Stop by and grab a shake, you won’t be disappointed.
