Had lunch with my son and was totality disappointed. I see that Roger Beaudoin gave it an excellent review and commented that others must be use to Panda Express. Warning to Roger and everyone else. Take a look at the attached pic. It’s plastic and it was in my dish….not sure if I ate any, but it could have put me in the hospital. Overpriced, small portions and totally unsatisfying. Never again….

It was a HORRIBLE dinning experience at this restaurant! We four ordered three dishes and got charged around $90 with an auto “service fee” of 16%! The server was not even making any eye contacts with us from the beginning to the end, even ordered wrong dish for us. NO SMILE AT ALL! Fried Elk meat dish was charged for $39.99 before tax and had literally about 7 pieces of one-figure size elk meat! I will give a minus 5 stars if I could! Suggest NOT choose this restaurant even you have no place else to go!

Mixed feelings about the place. The place wasn’t busy and the food came out quick, like expected. The sever and the bus boy were very nice. Portion size is small for the price, at least compared to the Chinese food places I have back home.

LOVED the food. Did takeout and food was just amazing. When we read the reveiws we where not happy but when we got back to are hotel we were happy with the taste. Did not take long for it to be ready. So it made for the perfect dinner for that night. We were just visiting -Jackson hole- and were happy to have the option of going we were glad we did. Price was good,was what we would expect to pay for that meal.

Don’t Know why $2 for rice is a big deal. Food is fantastic. It’s not expensive unless you are used to panda Express. It is a restaurant, not fast food. Portions are good size. Service can be lacking but they are native Chinese and Don’t all speak English…. So what. I want authentic, real and good food. That is what we get. Their awards for the food speak for themselves.

We would had given this restaurant less than 1 star as the service really sucks here and the owner is really a rude and obnoxious person. We looked at the local dining guide and it misleads about being in Top 100 Chinese restaurant (should be in the 100 worst list and this is #1). As other people reviewed about the quality of food. We were charged for water because we decided to leave due to Bad Smell and Rude behavior. The owner wanted to charge extra for things that we added but will not credit anything for items that we didn’t want. Save your money, appetite and coolness by skipping this place for Chinese food in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. Arguments with customers is not a good idea when you’ve total 10 people dining on a long weekend and 6 of us decide to leave. Happy Dining Elsewhere!

Very bad service, food was small portion and very expensive. They have a separate menu for “Chinese” customers which is even higher price, for example an order of pan fried beef with onion would cost your $39.99 + tax. The regular menu food is very expensive for a small portion and poor quality food, and on top of that they charge ‘automatically’ a service tip of 16%, even when you are not happy with the service or with the food, ridiculous !!

Absolutely the most disgusting Chinese food Ive ever had in my life. Paid the $80 overpriced bill. Left all the food on the table and went to McDonald’s. Do not eat here. Trust me. There is no rating low ennogh. The $10.95 side of fried rice tasted like dirty smelly feet. The owner is an angry man.

I actually found the food quality and portions reasonable for the area. However, the waiter did ask if we wanted rice with our meals. I was surprised that a small bowl wasn’t part of the meal. It turned out that a small bowl of rice was an extra $2! The service was fairly quick but the staff had the attitude that they were doing us a big favor to serve us at all. The attitude is down right rude. Plates were just about thrown down in front of us. There’s a banner proclaiming that it’s among the top 100 Chinese restaurants in the country. I suppose you can order a banner saying that. This wouldn’t be a bad place if the staff would be polite and act like they are happy you came. Some soft music to cover other sounds would help. You can really tell that this is a place that doesn’t expect or strive to encourage return customers. If they can’t bring themselves to provide good service perhaps they should turn the place into a buffet where bad attitudes don’t have as much impact. Also a 16% gratuity is automatically charged for small groups. A gratuity should be paid as a thank you for good service and this wasn’t the case for sure!
