SO good! Passing through town and stopped in for Mother’s Day because of the dog friendly patio. They have a nice pergola with tin roofing over several tables, which offers a nice breeze and shade. The waitress brought our pup out a bowl of ice water (we didn’t even have to ask!) when they brought our drinks out. There was a bit of a wait, but they told us when we sat down that they were running a little bit slow. We ordered the pretzels appetizer, and they were good, served with warm white queso. Then for entrees we had the fish n chips and appetizer sampler with sweet Thai wings, cheese sticks, and potato skins. Everything was flaming hot, fresh, and delicious! We would definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

Had a great dinner with some friends. Very friendly atmosphere, though a bit loud since it’s a smaller building. We had a very nice waitress. Really enjoyed our chicken tenders, and the Pub Burger, with delicious fries and nice home/kettle chips. Nice to have a full bar for drinks too.

Great food. We went to celebrate St.Patrick’s Day and personal good news. Lively joyous atmosphere, though quite loud, but it was a holiday!

Our server was fantastic! Very patient with this first time visitor, out on a first date. We were instantly sat at 7pm (no wait)! The O’Bryon burger and chips was delicious. He had chicken tenders that they tossed in the wings’ sauce.

My wife and I stopped into this place for lunch after finding it on Google maps. The food was great, we order their fried cheese sticks to share, my wife ordered a southwest chicken wrap and I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. We also ordered fried onion rigs that we shared. We were happy with everything we ordered. They have a small but good beer list, I ordered their O’Bryon Irish Red ale made for them by Fretboard brewing which was very good. Over all a very good experience. A little on the pricey side coming in at $60 for lunch for two with two draft beers. We definitely would go back again.

So if you ever are in Newport, try O,Bryon’s. It is not your typical sports bar. We had 12 in our party, and we sat outside on the patio. They were very busy. 12 people chose 12 different items , and they were all very tasty. Brittany was our waitress and she provided excellent service. I had The fish and Chips, and it was very good.

Really cool spot … their sampler platter was delicious – wings, cheese sticks, and potato skins … the garden salad was really good also … can’t beat the homemade dressings and sauces either!

The food and the service were great. We went on a Saturday night, but it was much louder than I expected. Might try to sit outside next time.
