Oh my stars! The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable too! I had a Greek salad and a 8oz sirloin with a baked potato and roll. The sirloin was cooked just the exact way I like it and tender. I didn’t even need steak sauce! My husband had the shisk kabob and I had a bite of it and oh my! He had the chef salad which was perfect. This will be our new favorite place every time we come by. They also had the Christmas marshmallow ornaments on display.(See pictures) Always loved those!

This was the first time I had been to The Oak in about 30 years. I had forgotten how good it was. our server was friendly and attentive. The food was prepared to perfection. We will definitely be going back a lot more. I should have taken more pictures but I was to busy enjoying the meal.

Fried chicken is the only thing that is good. Baked spaghetti had ZERO flavor! It was basically just noodles in a watery tomato sauce. My 5 year old wouldn’t even eat it and spaghetti is his favorite food! So nasty.

My husband and I take little random day or weekend trips, along the way we like to find little family owned places to eat, we ended up at The Oak Restaurant, we were greeted right away by a friendly smiling face, she was on top of our every need, (they serve pepsi products, that was a downfall for me) the food was very very good, the portions were plentiful, I had the fried chicken with fried Okra and mashed potatoes, I ended up bringing some home for another meal, the chicken cooked to perfection, we did order fried mushrooms as an appetizer, I felt those to be a little over cooked, my husband had the burger and onion rings, the burger was cooked perfectly as ordered the onion rings were also very good. If you are in the Manchester TN area find this restaurant and give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Oak is a place with quality food and great service. Prices are awesome! We hadn’t been here in years and started going back on a whim. Glad we did! The Steaks are excellent.

Spent a night in Manchester to see the Paul Thorn Band at The Caverns and needed a place for supper before the show. Tried this location and we were very pleased with the service, the locals we talked to and the quality of the food. I had the Philadelphia chicken and it was extremely good. Will defnitel keep The Oak in mind on the next trip through the area

It is very cozy and nice place! Family frienly, with delicious salad bar and deserts! Large portions on menu, good assorment to choose from for any taste. REAL brewed ice tea. I recommend for sure!

Came here after 4 years to see if the food was the same. My husband got a steak and got terrible food poisoning. Got somewhat through the steak and instead of being red in the center, it was purple. Mashed potatoes were lacking and the pizza isn’t at all what it used to be. I got a greek salad with chicken – the chicken was OK and the salad was OK. The server was amazing, friendly, refilled drinks every time we turned around. Won’t return.
