This was my first time ever eating hot pot, definitely will not be my last. I absolutely LOVED everything about it. It was a whole vibe. It’s a whole experience like no other.

Nothing says good food like making a reservation a whole 364 days in advanced.

We went on Sunday for lunch and it was busy but had seating. The food was wonderful and promptly served. Since it was our first time there the waiter was very helpful in explaining their system (we have been at hot pots that had one pot per table), and it was very nice to try different flavored broths, since we each got our own heating element. Each table had a plexiglass divider but otherwise seating was close. The sauce bar was nicely set up with each ingredient clearly marked.

The food was delicious and we enjoyed all the different options. Staff was very attentive and everything came out extremely fast. There is a conveyer belt that brings food out or you can order what you want on the iPad at the table. Parking is limited but we got lucky and found a spot right by the restaurant. There is a parking garage close if you aren’t as lucky.

My date took me here for the first time last night and it was a nice experience. Never been to a hot pot restaurant prior so it was all new and exciting. Loved the vibe of the restaurant with R&B Korean music and hip hop Korean music. It was decorated for Valentine’s Day which added a touch of whimsy too. Food – we got the prime ribeye beef and fish balls with vegetables and a side of rice. I selected the chicken soup for my hot pot personally. I loved the make your own sauces at the sauce bar. I found the house Korean BBQ sauce the best out of the two I personally tried. It took a bit to know how to cook the food but it was easy to judge after you do it the first time and visually looked for signs of cooked food. It’s an experience cooking your own food but it makes it fun too. Parking – that sucked. The lot was full. We parked at the bank due to the bank being closed and after banking hours as well. If you see any cars waiting just go to a different parking lot in the area. Bathroom- clean and great hand soap too. Overall, I would recommend this place and the food experience.

Expect to pay $100+ for 2 people, all you can eat option. Is it worth it? Not really cause it’s expensive and it’s the same as most hot pot place. There’s no new toppings. No crabs or crawfish. Ingredients are fresh though.

The sauce bar is messy, and most sauces were empty by 8 pm. Those ladles were very sticky in the saucepan either from to many people touching it or ?. We waited 40min.on Saturday night. Is it worth it for $39.99 pp and all you can eat for 90 minutes? I don’t know, but it is definitely not for me.

Really excited to try this new hot pot spot that was recommended by a friend but left disappointed, disgusted, and sick. The service here is horrible unless you get a table right by the front. My friends and I sat in the back by the window but no server ever came by to check on us. We had to wave down multiple servers through out our meal. One of the meats we ordered never came out. When we finally waved someone over, they informed us they were out of it. If we had not asked, I doubt they would have even cared to tell us. I was also disgusted by the amount of bugs that were in the restaurant. While one of my friends was having his meal, a huge beetle dropped down from the ceiling, hit him on the face, and fell in to the lamb we had just ordered. The bug then burrowed itself under the slabs of raw meat. The waiters were called over and took the plate away but did nothing else about it. Then, a number of flies and smaller bugs circled the rest of our food while we were eating. Another disgusting part was that one of the staff members walked out of the bathroom stall and didn’t wash her hands! I had just come out of mine and was washing up when she did this in front of me. The sauce bar was also super dirty and no one bothered to wipe it. Lastly, after 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant, I started to feel super nauseous and ended up vomiting on the side of the road. I don’t know if this place is under new management but it is not good. Plus the AC was broken and the over atmosphere was just not good.

I came here because I read a lot of good reviews but was a little disappointed. There is a parking lot so parking isn’t an issue. Service was pretty slow. We had to ask for a drink menu from 3 people before getting it after they took it away. It’s $34 per person for dinner and you have one piece of paper that you can check off what you want. If you want more, they’ll bring you another piece of paper eventually. The soups were alright, I had gotten the House Spicy Mala Broth which wasn’t really spicy and the flavor was alright. Decent sauce bar as well.

Food & service mediocre, but not bad. The place had a nice setup & atmosphere though. They get busy so your server may forget your order/request, but if you politely remind them they’re pretty good about correcting for you.
