I will never order from this place again!!! My rice was hard and bland. I also ordered steamed broccoli that wasn’t done. It just seemed like they just got some fresh broccoli and put seasoning on it without steaming it. I called back and the only thing the lady could tell me is that she sorry and she cook everyone rice the same. She wasn’t trying to hear me explain to her that the food wasn’t done.

Wonderful customer service. The lady at the counter was very very nice! The food is great too. If i come to Jackson without eating at O.E.C. at least once, it feels like a failed trip. Pink sauce is boss!

Worst hibachi takeout I ever tasted, sushi ok. I ordered the lunch steak. It came with chewy meat in teriyaki sauce, steamed carrots, and “fried rice” with a little egg and soy sauce in it. The rice had no flavor, although the pink sauce was tasty.
