Nyla’s Kitchen is a great addition to Galt! The owners are very hands on and accommodating. I really wanted to try both the Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka, but I wasn’t hungry enough to order two entrees. When I asked what they suggested I do, they told me that they would give me half and half so I could try it! The restaurant is very clean, though the temperature is a bit too warm for me in the summertime— which is why I prefer to take my food To Go. The dishes I ordered were spicy, flavorful and fresh. I can’t wait to try more of their delicious food!

Calling all People of Galt!! You need to eat here. I have not found good food like this outside of some few small parts of Sacramento. The lamb is so good!! The spice is perfect heat!!! Naan is bomb! Please, eat here!! We cannot lose good food like this! Very happy to meet the folks making the food today too and they were so kind! Show them some love and your tummy will feel the love as well! Got spicy lamb karahi, tandoori chicken Tikka quesadilla, with samosa chaat and garlic naan. Everything was fantastic, far better than expected. All food was flavorful, rice was delicious, everything was cooked to perfection. Love this place, can’t wait to go back
