i got the lox deluxe and it was delicious. good portion size and came out in around 10 minutes. my friend got a grilled cheese and a bagel with butter. they were good but the bagel with butter wasn’t toasted like he has requested. there was limited seating but this place was nice and smelled great.

The bagels are pretty good. The bagel is not super hard and the toppings stay on when you bite into it. I really like this because when eating an everything bagel most of the toppings end up on your shirt. I do like all the decorations inside and is clean inside. One thing I did not like was the customer service. The guy that took my order was rude. I could not hear him and he did not like that I asked a question about the menu. CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO CHANGE.

The customer service here is horrible and they lack reasonable sense here. Why would you have an online order option only to still make the customer stand in a line out the door while people make up their minds on what they want to order?!?! My food was warm at best because it sat at the register until i could make it to the front of the register. I should have known better not to give this place another try after my first time waiting for 45 mins while multiple staff members stood around doing nothing. One guy even ate as he was prepping/packing orders. Too bad 0 stars isn’t an option. Save yourself the trouble and go to Brooklyn bagels

I walked in as a first time customer and was treated very badly by the cashier. I didn’t understand since I didn’t say anything or do anything to get this kind of response. I asked what they had- as again it was my first time-and I was told it’s what they got and that they were 30mins to closing. Instead of telling me to leave because it was too stressful for them to take my order, he just treated me horribly. Then he looked at the person behind me- before I even told him my order- and ask him his order. I was confused. Who was taking my order? Am I refused an order I have not told you? After I ordered- after waiting for the person behind me to tell them his- I received my order and it was burned. I wanted to go back in and get my order redone since it looked and tasted so bad from being burnt, but I didn’t want them to be more upset at me for the problems I haven’t made. So no. I’m never coming back. I never make any reviews on Google but how horrible I was treated made me write this. I’m so disappointed they would think this was okay.

First time experience was a hit! Our bagels tasted wonderful and the breakfast bagel was fantastic. We were greeted as soon as we entered. The service I received was amazing and their selection of bagels and menu items is great! Everything tasted fresh, the eggs were cooked great and the restaurant was clean! I love the modern atmosphere it has to offer too! I will definitely be back again!

This place is so busy that they don’t pay attention to what I ordered. My husband and I got the exact same bagel sandwich except his was on an everything bagel and mine was on a sesame seed bagel. It was supposed to be turkey, provolone, onions and mayonnaise. My sandwich didn’t have the mayo or onions and my husband’s didn’t have cheese. We got our order to go so we didn’t know it was made incorrectly until we got home. What we got was delicious bit not what we ordered. Yes, we will try them again.
