I’ve been twice but both times I’ve been it was not really good. The first time I had chicken and cabbage and the chicken was good but the cabbage was not seasoned good. I went yesterday and was so disappointed I had ribs macaroni and greens. The macaroni was nasty, the ribs were ok I didn’t care for the texture, and the greens were ok.

This is our second time this week going to NuVegan. The food is pretty good my wife is enjoying her jerk chicken over rice. The rice was really hard. I’m enjoying my vegan crab cakes with my two sides. The downside for this evening was that the macaroni and cheese was sold out But things happen. We’ll revisit this place again in the upcoming future.

I absolutely love the black bean burgers from this restaurant, but I a very terrible experience yesterday with a young lady who just left the spot and had us waiting to order for about 30 minutes. I had to go walk over to Sweet Vegan Treats to find her and ask her if we could order. She told me that they ran out of everything so she couldn’t make anything! Well she had other things like Mac and cheese and deserts which were on display so she wasn’t out of everything! And WELL HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOUA RENOUT OF STUFF IF YOU JUST WALK AWAY SAYING LITERALLY NOTHING?!?! You shouldn’t just walk away to another restaurant just because your other restaurant isn’t fully capable. Leave your job when the place closes which is either 8pm I’m guessing. It is wrong to just see people waiting outside of your spot to order and then you just walk away. I shouldn’t have to hunt you down at another restaurant to get food. There should always be someone ready to help customers. That’s how you miss opportunities.

I don’t know what all the bad reviews are about, but, I had a great experience! I had the chicken sandwich with mac & cheese! BEST VEGAN FOOD i’ve had in SO LONG!! Not a long wait time and the food has SO MUCH flavor. I will def be coming back!!! This is a MUST if you’re vegetarian or vegan!!

To find this place, you have to enter a food court and go all the way to the back. 1 entree with 2 sides is now $17 (plus 68 cents in tax). They’re skimpy with the actual entree (3 drumsticks when there’s totally room for at least 4) and generous with the sides.

Big Fan of NuVegan for YEARS however today it wasn’t up to standards! The staff wasn’t knowledgeable on what food items were available. After being charged for Items that weren’t available it took over 36 minutes to receive a refund! Not to mention after spending 10.50 for the fish filet entree I only receive half the order. Paid for 2 cinnamon buns only to find out after the charge that they didn’t have any. No chicken dummies, no desserts, etc. and this was all before 1230pm. Really hope this isn’t the direction the Woodbridge location is going in.

I’ve been going to NuVegan for years. The College Park MD location is the best one. The food just tastes bad at the Woodbridge location and the serving sizes are very skimpy at this location for the prices that are being charged. The greens were salty, my garlic kale salty, the Mac and cheese didn’t have much flavor and the wings were dry. Not to mention the staff being rude and just seeming like they hate their job. I guess if I want NuVegan I’ll have to continue to drive an hour to MD for quality food and good customer service.
