I love coming to the Zone for Tea bombs and the shakes and donuts are awesome. My daughter and I used to go every Saturday for breakfast. My daughter loves the waffles. The cardio drumming is so much fun. Doesn’t even feel like you’re working out.

Nutrition Zone is a great place to go for your nutrition needs. I have been going regularly since July of 2021, and I love it. Their Tea Bombs and Herbalife shakes are so delicious and my absolute favorite part is their Cardio Drumming classes. They have been keeping me in shape and on track with my health goals in a fun and exciting way. I highly suggest everyone visit Nutrition Zone and meet the owner, Crystal Jones. She is the BEST and will help you with whatever nutritional needs you have.
