My daughter and I ordered a tea, acai bowl, and a smoothie. The acai bowl was so good. That is what I would recommend to anyone who wants to taste the fruit and not the sugar that so many other places add to similar items. The tea was too sweet for my daughter’s liking but it was good otherwise. My smoothie was awesome. It was so good, my daughter kept drinking it when I was not looking so we ended up going back so she could get her own and I could have one for later. The owners spent time talking to us and genuinely cared about their customer’s experience. We will be back the next time we are in the area!

This is my favorite smoothie place in NWA! Everything is made to order with super fresh ingredients and no added sugars. The bowls are so flavorful and packed with nutrition. Anything you order off the menu will be great, I’ve never had anything here I didn’t like. My kids love it too! The owners are so nice and welcoming. 100% recommend.

Their smoothies are 100% natural and tastes amazing. One of the healthiest spot in Springdale. Their ”There is Power” smoothie blend is a must try. I would definitely recommend this place.

I feel like they should probably disclose the fact that their supplements all come from an MLM company. I was unfamiliar with the names of the supplements so I looked them up and apparently they all come from a company called First Fitness Nutrition. I guess they bought in to become a “team member” of this pyramid scheme and then created this restaurant to make their money back? The original website seems very sketchy.
