Absolutely love this place. Every sever is so kind and nice. Food is fabulous. The potato crochete has so many flavor, pesto pasta is soooooo fresh and the pork shank with polenta is finger licking good. Their wine list is also great. I can wait until next time to try another foods.

Novella has been on my bucket list for awhile. It was recommended to me by a Columbus local even before I moved here. That should say something right? Anyways this restaurant exceeded expectations.

Great experience at Novella! The atmosphere was beautiful and modern. Despite it being packed on a Saturday night it still was very romantic.

We tried the pasta tasting menu, everything was good. They are very generous with the chicken pate! The fettuccine was the favorite of the night.

We celebrated a birthday , party of four. It was the BEST food I have ever had in my life! We enjoyed appetizers, cocktails, dinner, desert and lemon and blood orange lemonciello! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our evening. From the greeting at the door to the good-bye at the end of the night, it was perfect. The service was impeccable. The manager went above and beyond to keep us smiling and our tummy’s full. I cannot wait to go back and try more dishes and deserts. Please do not miss out on this deliciousness!

We enjoyed a night at Novella. The only dish missing a pic is the Caesar salad. The gnocchi was outstanding. The Caesar salad was perfectly made although it arrives with a blanket of Parmesan which seemed a bit much and perhaps should have been offered added to your dish at your table with the server providing it. But the pork belly was disappointing and far too fatty. My husband couldn’t even eat it and they offered a comped free plate of donuts. We used to love the focaccia but they started adding maldon salt to the top, and even after I rub it off, it is so excessively salty. It causes an imbalance in your palate when you eat your appetizer after all of that salt. We’ve had the brussel sprouts in the past as an appetizer and they used to come with a sauce, maple syrup maybe? So this newest version was plainly fried and not a favorite. The chocolate zeppole donuts at the end were good but wish the chocolate sauce was more chocolatey. Spent $95 for 2 without tip and including a beer. Prices are a bit high. Service is excellent. Definitely will return for the pasta again.

Everything from the service and drinks to the food was fantastic! Fairly small menu allows them to perfect the tastes and the dishes do not disappoint! Looking forward to trying the “tasting menu” special events they do in the near future. Absolutely one of the best Italian restaurants in the Columbus area.

From start to finish it was an amazing meal. I’ve lived in Columbus for 25+ years and this is the best Italian food I have had here. Our server, Rebecca, was incredibly knowledgeable and absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go again!

We’ve been wanting to try this place for several months and ended up walking in and sitting at the bar. The food was amazing and one of the bartenders was lovely and super welcoming.

Food was solid (particularly the treccione sausage and peppers recommended by our server). But the whole evening was tainted by an extremely poor customer service experience with the hostess. She was very rude and showed no aptitude for serving others.
