I have walked past this place several times not even noticing it’s there. Cute little outside area for nice nights! Also has a bar inside. My daughter suggested it and I’m glad she did. This place is really cool inside. Good music, lighting and set up. Both times we have gone it was packed. The miso soup is so good! The sushi rolls are amazing and well priced! I ended up getting hibachi rice the last time and it was a great choice! It has become my favorite place to get sushi! Must try!

Nova’s food never disappoints. Great food! I had the Surf & Turf roll, and it was amazing! My only complaint with this establishment is that it was very cold in the restaurant. Thankfully, I had one of my husband’s flannel shirts out in the car. But it was our 11 year wedding anniversary, and I wanted to look really nice for our dinner date. It’s hard to look fabulous with an old flannel lol. I understand that it’s probably that cold for the staff because they’re working, but maybe they could find a common temperature that could accommodate both staff and customers.

My wife and I had lunch here yesterday. Waitress was very nice, food was very good, came out fast. I had the Bento Box, which I think is the best deal. Comes with sushi, carrots, rice, and your choice of steak or chicken. She got sushi, then we split the fried Oreos. I was skeptical about the Oreos but they’re really good. I recommend getting the Oreos on a first date. Get messy, no silverware, show the new prospect what you’re made of lol.

Every time we go the food seems to go downhill. Not sure if there is a new chef or what the problem is. Service has always been great until this last time. The last time we were there it was terrible. Wrong order ( we did not return it because it took so long to get it the 1st time ) we were served the wrong refill drink and the waitress had a bit of an attitude. We may give it one more try and see of things improve if not, it will be our last.

A huge step up for Greeneville as far as sushi and hibachi go! The house soup was well flavored. The house salad was extraordinarily fresh. The special for the night was the Holy Smoke roll, which is pictured. The roll held perfectly while I ate it with chopsticks. It was delicious. The perfect amount of spice and cream cheese. The ginger was fresh as well! My husband ordered the shrimp hibachi and said it was all delicious. He also said it was the best hibachi that he has had in quite a while. I’m so excited to have Nova’s in Greeneville!!! It’s a very welcome addition!!!!

We ate here with small children and it was great! They served us a warm, mushroom and onion soup. It was very comforting soup. I ordered a Bento box and it came with a sushi roll. It was very good and filling. Large quantities. My kids enjoyed their food and it was affordable. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely great! Its even better knowing you went to school with the owners! Plus, its my hubby place to take me when he is in the doghouse. Love love love this place! The food is wonderful and the atmosphere is amazing. The soup they have it delicious. I always get a kettle and can make a meal of it!! Definitely worth a stop!!!!

Well, the miso soup was good. And the egg rolls. That is what got them 3 stars. The sushi? Not so much. It was more like buffet sushi than made-to-order. I ordered a spicy tuna hand roll and she brought me maki. Before I ordered it, I asked if they did hand rolls and she said that they did. They had no idea what a hand roll was until I showed her a picture. She said if I ordered another one they would try to do it for me. The fish looked and tasted like it had been out for a while. I didn’t order a second one.

Great atmosphere and staff has always been top notch. Ordered to go from the bar today, service was quick and food was fresh. Highly recommend the Nacho Sushi appetizer. All the sushi has been above bar. Kids love the lo mein and egg rolls. Prices are on par with the quality of the food and service, but not extravagant. You won’t be disappointed.
