A one of a kind setting in downtown Philadelphia. This charming restaurant set inside The Dwight D hotel is perfect for an intimate dinner with a small group of friends. Chef Vince’s preparation, presentation and delicious meal in this exquisitely appointed kitchen made for a fantastic happy hour and dinner. The courtyard is such a gem. You would never guess you were in the middle of downtown Philadelphia.

Nouvelle is the place to be! The meal preparation and presentation is next level! The atmosphere, from the Tuscany styled terrace to the sophisticated ambiance where Chef Vincent prepares his masterpieces directly in front of you; it makes leaving Nouvelle a difficult task.
