DO NOT recommend. Called in a steak sandwich WITHOUT cheese. 15mins later at pickup received a Cheesesteak. Reminder them that I don’t eat cheese. They proceed to “cook” the correct sandwich in less than 3min.

I called this store everyday for my lunch yesterday when I called whoever the guy was that answer the phone got so nasty with me when I was trying to make my order he wouldn’t even give me time to do it because he said they were crowded that didn’t have nothing to do with me I’m a customer I placed an order and then I called back to see if my order came with fries he going to tell me if you want fries you going to have to pay in cash because I completed your order already and I think that was so disrespectful but I will never order from you guys and I will stop my co-workers from ordering there too. I ordered a cheesesteak combo meal with cheese on the fries and when my food was delivered there was no cheese. When I called back to ask for someone to fix the mistake and bring me cheese, which I was willing yo pay for, I was told I was wrong and they wouldn’t deliver it to correct their mistake. Then they proceeded to hang up on me. As someone who works in the customer service industry this is absolutely unacceptable!!! Do not order from them. Save your money and spend it somewhere else who actually values their customers and is willing to rectify their mistakes

I’ve been ordering from Nottingham Deli for years. Great food. Just like all of you mistakes happen, and they work with you to fix any issue. I usally pick my food up, so the wait is never long. Delivery, like most restaurants, takes a little longer. Especially during busy hours. Their prices have never been to high and the quality of the products have always been good. With the quick online ordering, you can schedule a time for pick up/delivery or get it now. Pay with a card, or cash. If you haven’t had it yet, i recommend the prosciutto bread…

Would I recommend this pizza parlor to anyone I know? NO. I ordered from Nottingham’s Pizza & Deli yesterday: 2 slices of pizza ($1.65 each), an order of stuffed shells ($12), and a can of soda. To be fair, the pizza is actually quite good; the stuffed shells were not. Truly, that had to be the worst stuffed shells I have ever eaten—it was bland, the pasta was rubbery, and the sauce was watery. I ate 1.5 of the 6 shells, admitted defeat, and gave my dog the rest. There are plenty of other pizza parlors in the area that offer great pizza and consistently do a good job with their other food items; do yourself a favor and try one of those instead.
