I liked the food at “Not Just Pho”. The service was good. However the atmosphere was very, very basic. It seemed like about half the business is take out. There is no fountain drinks, just cans and bottles. There is not really much decoration. The tables and chairs are pretty basic. It cost $5.50 for the spring rolls and I believe $11.50 for chicken pho. That’s lower than other competitors but still seems a little steep for soup and spring rolls. I probably will not come back due to its location. Still, it had good food; four stars.

The Hidden gem of Hurst! Food was excellent! Everything came out quick but the steak was cooked perfectly, seasoned very well with great flavors. Son is a somewhat picky eater but he devoured his kids fried rice. The combo rice bowl with two meats was flavorful and filling.

Best pho I have had in a long time! Flavor is great! They don’t over do it with the noodles. Has good amount of beef. Again, the flavor is there, means they cooked that soup for a long time. Other places are bland. The owner is cool too. Come support this small business.

Ordered grilled pork spring rolls at 1:30p on a Monday and was happy to find the place moderately busy. Not a long wait. The pork was perfectly seasoned and the cook was spot on. The sticky rice paper was fresh and stuffed fat with vermicelli, pork, and basil which really set it off. The fish sauce was tangy and really tied it all together. Could have used some carrot strips but overall a stepper post-workout snack.

I got the half tofu half mushroom vermicelli bowl. I was pretty impressed at how fresh everything was. The red onion and carrots were nicely quick pickled. I also appreciated the full bar of condiments needed for Vietnamese food. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area
