Great customer service but food could use more seasoning. I got the biscuits and gravy, it tasted as though a sprinkle of salt was the only thing added as flavor. The quality of food is there far as a majority of items being homemade, which is hard to come by now a days. If they just added some more seasonings in their pantry this place would get 5 stars. I NEVER use salt and pepper shakers at restaurants, but found myself reaching for them. I believe they cater to an older crowd which would explain the lack of flavor with things. The seasonal cinnamon roll pancakes were recommended by our waitress and were amazing! TWO HUGE pancakes. Definitely should be permanently on the menu. As I said our waitress was wonderful, she had burgundy hair. Her and the reasonable prices are what earned those 3 stars.

The pancakes were huge and delicious! It’s very filling and tasty. Scrambled eggs, hash browns, and chicken links were also good. Definitely recommend a try.

My family and I really enjoyed eating here for breakfast. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great as well. I recommend trying the pancakes. They are the size of the plate and taste fantastic. While this restaurant faces fierce competition from all the other pancake houses they definitely hold their own and I strongly recommend eating here. I will definitely be back on my next trip to Williamsburg!

2nd visit – equally as enjoyable! Super clean restaurant. Friendly, fast, and attentive staff. I got Apply French toast with links of sausage; both delicious. My husband got the Cinna-Swirl pancakes & they were absolutely perfect pancakes- flavoring & consistency. We will be back for sure !

There are probably 50 different pancake houses along this strip in Williamsburg. We were very happy that we landed on “Not Another Pancake House”. Service was spectacular, everyone there was very friendly and welcoming. Our server, Sunshine, was very attentive, helpful, and made for an exceptional visit. Decor was unique and created a great family atmosphere. The food came out quick and everything was fresh and delicious. The Bacon Pancakes were delicious.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing!! The food was absolutely delicious and everyone is so friendly! Absolutely amazing service! My 4 year old loved the kids meal as well. We will definitely be coming back when we are in Williamsburg!!

I like this restaurant, I recommend it for anyone who visits Williamsburg or stays at the nearby Hilton. I got the Banana Split Waffle, it was a mouthful but it was good. I also recommend getting the Chicken & Waffles. It’s really good and I would not recommend saying no.

It was really crowded when our group arrived, so we had to wait a bit for a table. Our first go round of coffee was lukewarm, but the second cups were hot (had to reach for creamers from another table). My Greek omelette was flavorful but.. lukewarm. The kids liked their French Toast and Pancakes. All in all, this was good breakfast food!
