Came here for the first time, and the atmosphere was super welcoming! The food however was very mediocre. The chicken I got was super dry and the rice was pretty hard. The only thing that was good were the dumplings. I don’t think I would return.

We came for happy hour (ends at 6pm, includes 3 apps and 3 cocktails). The pork belly buns were good! Buns are open buns with fluffy white bread and a couple of sauces.

We LOVE having this restaurant in our little town of Golden! Killer happy hour (you must get the soup dumplings and blistered shishito peppers), with house made cocktails. Ramen is delicious, we get the braised chicken ramen (spicy ️!). Always great 90’s hip hop and r&b playing Fun atmosphere. Casual.

Best ramen spot in the Denver area in my opinion! Have tried the chicken karaage, bao buns, pork belly ramen and beef bulgogi rice bowl. Only complaint was pork in ramen was a little chewy but broth was delicious.

Great experience at Nosu. The small plates were impeccable and the drinks were on point. I love the casual dining that fits with the aesthetic of downtown Golden. Nothing pretentious about the setting or menu, but still elevated and exactly what you want when visiting a restaurant at this price point. My only complaint was the level of sweetness in the veggie ramen–it was too much for my liking. I generally order the veg when dining at places like Uncle or Sera’s… but it was definitely not that warm richness I’ve had at other ramen joints, and the tofu portion was small while the quality of the veggies wasn’t what I would expect. It may have been the red pepper, or the ginger… but I won’t order it again. That said, I’ll definitely be back as everything else we had was quite good.
