Food is tasty, but the price point is too high. While I understand that this may be due to small operations, it doesn’t make it sustainable (Ex: Meal Pro is $7 cheaper on average). Should the price of meals decrease, I think NW Fit Meals would definitely see increased sales/business.

HOLY DELICIOUSNESS! I decided to try out Northwest Fit Meals for a convenient and healthy alternative to cooking/eating out/door dash. They have healthy and very tasty meals and meal plans. They do Keto, Paleo and low carb options AND the packaging is compostable/recyclable, which has been one of my issues with most meal services- too much waste.

I went into the grab and go location in Everett yesterday to try nwfitmeals for the first time. It was so delicious! Today I used their online ordering system to pave a pick-up order; it was super easy to use and my order was ready early. When I went to pick up my order, Gina, the owner was there. She was super nice and helpful in describing how they portion and weigh each meal, and how I can easily search and track in MyFitnessPal. Such a great option for the weeks I don’t have time to meal prep! And did I mention DELICIOUS!

I just hit menopause and haver really struggled with weight gain. I don’t know anyone who has used this service, but when I saw an add, I thought I would give it a try. While approx. $17/meal might seem like a lot, the convenience of having healthy, yummy food DELIVERED to my home has been amazing. The macros are calculated in My Fitness Pal which is helping me save time as I move forward on my journey to better health. I also chose the low carb option. I really like the Butter Chicken. Finally! Health food ready to go. Yes, centrum vitamins are cheap and less that 5% absorption in your body. (Get what you pay for) @nwfit meals I prefer to spend the extra money know its quality going into body. Correct fuel is everything.
