Stopped by while driving in town and was not disappointed! The pizza had a nice crispness to it and the cheese to sauce ratio was on point. The cheese bread was covered with lots of cheesy and buttery goodness, definitely a must try! The cinnamon bites were soft and airy. Great flavor all around! Much better than the chain places nearby

This last Friday Night after a long week at work. My fiancee and I decided to try Northside Pizza. Her first time and my like 10000th time as I still remember the Tripp’s as the owners when the food was Phenomenal. We placed and order for 12″ Cheese Sticks, Nachos Deluxe minus onions, Beef&Bean Wet Burrito, and Mozzarella Sticks. Upon waiting 35 minutes I went to pick up my order. I came in asked for the order for Mike. The kid at the front was so high or confused on something as he was trying to figure out where the order was he found it all but the Beef&Bean Wet Burrito…….he finds it and it’s an All Bean Wet Burrito? He seemed confused looked at the receipt and said he says All Bean Wet Burrito? Seems like maybe the staff needs to open there ears during orders and double check the order with the customer. I took the All Bean Wet Burrito because I wasn’t going to wait 15 minutes for another one but upon eating it I feel sorry for the vegans as I can honestly say the $1 Cheesy Rice and Bean Burrito at Taco Bell has better flavor. Maybe this doesn’t happen often there but for me it left and nasty taste in mouth quite literally. I will not return to Northside again and I am sad as I remember the days back in High School going here after school with Skylar who’s family owned it and eating.

I normally don’t get pizza itself from here because I myself work for another pizza place (and pizza just gets old ), but I can attest to some of their other products and their friendly service. Has a nice old business vibe to it. The cinnamon and mozarella sticks are really good, and so is their ice cream when they have it in. They also sell a lot of little things that are nice like roasted and sugar-coated nuts, and in-store made popcorn.

Northside is a local pizzeria in Hastings, Michigan, which has at least 5 or 6 other pizza shops, not to mention the other restaurants that serve pizza. Northside holds their own. The people are friendly. The atmosphere is rustic & cozy. The pizza is really good. We had the barbecue chicken pizza and it was amazing! We had to wait about 30 minutes for our pizza, but they let us know ahead of time, so no worries. It was a Saturday night, and they were busy with call in orders. The prices were very reasonable, comparable to most pizza places we’ve been. All in all, a good experience. We’ll definitely be back.

They have their “gluten-free” crust, and their “cauliflower” crust, which is also gluten free. The gluten-free crust is as bad as most gluten-free products. The cauliflower crust is really good, tasty, and crisp for someone who needs gluten-free. I highly recommend it. The reason for the not-perfect rating is their inconsistency. You never know if you’re going to get a normal amount of toppings, or very sparse toppings with a wide area of crust on the edge. So now we have to order from two places – here for the excellent cauliflower crust choice, and regular pizza from somewhere else

Went here for ice cream. They have the best lemon soft serve ice cream. I got their mega shake, it was super delicious! I wish they would use a different whip cream though because the can they use melt and drips off before you get a chance to eat it.
