I feel really sorry for those who work there and have to endure the heat in order to make sure we the customers have exceptionally yummy food in our bellies.

Ordered pizza at 5:09pm for delivery. Said approximate delivery time was 45 minutes. I waited until 6:18pm and called. Was told that it was out with the driver and should be delivered any minute. At 6:38pm I called again and was told it was out with the driver. When I told the woman on the phone that that is what she told me 20 minutes earlier, she replied with that wasn’t me. Then told me they have 5 deliveries to my area and that the driver just left 20 minutes ago and then corrected herself and said the driver left 10 minutes ago. Pizza was finally delivered at 7pm and was completely cold, not even a hint of warm to it.
