I’d like to leave a zero service was terrible only thing they got right was the pizza 3 burgers was wrong when I called got very poor behavior customer service got hung up on twice every one in my house is sick now from what they did eat and when they resent the order my boyfriend sandwich looked terrible and they expected my son to put a cherry tomato on his sandwich the only thing they got right the second time was the salad

3 dollars to use a credit or debit card, 5 dollars for delivery. Didn’t used to be like that. Not sure what happened. Pizza is better still not great. The wings are amazing as heck though.

Pizza is decent, but I have had issues with their customer service. Lost over $40 because they charged my card twice. They said that they couldn’t do anything because it had been over 24 hours.

I wish I could give more stars, but unfortunately I don’t think we will buy from here again. We live in Alliance and decided to drive the 25 minutes to try this place. I had the pickle pizza and it was ok, it was very salty. When others are saying the pizza is small… yes, it is small. My husband had the meat pizza and he said it was good but not great. We ordered wings, which were very large. We got spicy ranch and spicy garlic, unfortunately they weren’t labeled and 1 was much tastier than the other, but we aren’t sure which one it was. Finally I ordered potato skins and I must say I don’t mean to be harsh, but they were completely inedible. They appeared to be boiled, with cheese throw on top and some kind of garlic/Parmesan season on them which made it worse. I will attach a photo so you can see what I mean. There photo of their potato skins on their website/Facebook is not even close to what I received. I have yet to eat the piece of cheesecake in fear it will be very underwhelming. I’m giving 2 stars because of the wings. This food was not worth $50 by any means.

This place has the absolute best wings in town. Keep an eye out for their facebook daily deals, at least once a week they have a $30 deal that comes with enough food to feed a family. The wait times do tend to be longer than the chain pizza restaurants. Worth it to support local and get better food!

Just want to share some truly outstanding customer service. Husband and I ordered the FB special with an XL pizza and wings,(Now I must say we dis order close to closing.) for pick up. Got home and the pizza had the wrong toppings. I called 10mins before they closed and the wonderful manager/owner answered, I explained what happened and without hesitation he said he would make a fresh one and drive it out to us. On his way to or from or not, Such an amazing job in custom service. So that I say thank you sir. Please support this local pizza shoppe. P.S As always the pizza and wings are amazing.
