I usually eat here on a Sunday after church services, so it’s buffet style eating only on a Sunday. Even though the food is buffet style, it’s prepared well with care. The food is good and the service is good. The atmosphere is lively family oriented.

The absolute best buffet Ive had. Everything is scratch made and full of flavor. The peach cobbler is the best I’ve had. We eat here regularly. At least 2-3 times a month if not once a week. Service is always great.

The food was atrocious, the hamburger steaks were overcooked, the chicken was awful, the mashed potatos were awful, pretty much everything was awful. The staff was rude. The silverware was all dirty, and something was floating in my sprite. I literally feel sick. I would’ve been better off eating at a hospital cafeteria.

Best Little Jem in Thomaston. The food is fresh, mashed potatoes are homemade. I love the peanut butter cake and the cobbles are out of this world as well as the chocolate delight. Consistently good food.

First time there, it was about 5:30 on Friday and the chicken and fish was cold. Good taste just cold.

Food was good. Service was terrible. Had to ask for our drinks. This is a buffet. We were done eating our first plate before anyone asked what we wanted to drink. No one got old plates. Employees were sitting at a table chatting. We had to move our plates to another table yo make room. Our waitress made eye contact with me while I did it but still did not come get the plates. When we got up to leave we were finally provided a refill on our drinks. It was not a busy time of day. There were only two other tables with customers.

Stopped here on the way home from the NC. My wife ate here on a previous trip a year or so ago and liked it. Not so this time. To be fair it was mid afternoon, but the meats I tried were cold and tough… as in TUFF. The staff was great and very friendly. I won’t say avoid this place, but I will say make sure you go during peak meal-time hours. That may have been why my wife and I had such a bad meal.

Read the 5 star reviews, really people. Eather you don’t get out much or you’ve never been to Golden Corral. I can think of several places that put this place to shame.

We were really excited to try this place based on the reviews. I wish this review could be positive, but it is not. We went on a Monday. The food was not fresh. The waitress could not identify the food on the buffet line & acted as if she was aggravated when we asked questions. The only fresh thing put out was fish & cornbread muffins the entire time we were there. Mashed potatoes tasted boxed, gravy was clumpy. We literally fixed one minor plate each & were highly disappointed. We left immediately after. Maybe we will try this place again on another day & hopefully we will have a better experience & I can change my review.
