Norma’s is a nice family place. We stopped for lunch and we’re pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. The coffee was a touch bitter but nothing a little extra sugar can’t fix. The service was absolutely amazing, I would definitely go back.

Chicken and waffles was good.. waffle was cooked nicely with a crispy edge.. chicken breast is covered in a panko crust.. made for a tender inside..crispy outside. The atmosphere needs a little pick me up.. very drab inside.. smells a bit musty.. some bar stool seats are missing covers… the place needs a makeover

this” Turkey avocado eggs Benedict”,Was very disappointing. One thin slice of turkey, two of the smallest pieces of avocado possible and hollandaise sauce that was not fresh. On the upside, pretty blonde waitress!

If I could give zero stars I could. The food was good but the customer service was horrible. We were double charged and thinking it was a glitch in the system I went back weeks later to have them overturn the charge. Was told me that it was impossible for the system make this mistake yet I did happen. After showing them that I was charged two times in one-day they wanted more “proof”. This is the first time I’ve ever had an experience like this anywhere else. We have contacted the manager and she has ignored us after promising to look into it. Places do right by their customers and provide either a refund or a complementary meal for the next time that we go. This is not gonna happen again because we will not go back again.

I give them Zero Stars. I will never return to that restaurant again. The poorest service I’ve ever seen a restaurant provide. The food was COLD, probably reheated by toaster or microwave and not even completely cooked. But it was still cold. Put butter on waffle and was so cold it wouldn’t melt at all. I know it came straight out of the freezer.
