Good breakfast, service is also good… their patio misters weren’t working the day we went, not the best atmosphere when it’s 105 degrees by 11 am…. I would give them another chance. Their James Beard Award Potato Pancakes are definitely worth revisiting.

Loved visiting Norma’s. The weather was favorable and the portions very big, definitely worth the price tag. Service was excellent and not snotty; that can happen so easily in the area. There are small touches that really bring a nice edge. I would recommend having cooling hand towels Post-food for guests during the hot summer months, but that’s just a dream from my part. If there’s anyone that could execute it, it would be The Parker.

Loved checking out the hotel and Norma’s the other day for a late lunch. It’s on the pricey side, but the servings are generous and DELICIOUS! Loved my shrimp quesadilla, packed w shrimp. My husband enjoyed his yucca burger and yucca fries. DO NOT miss those donut holes. OMG. So good. Then burn some calories taking tons of Instagram photos around the lobby after your meal. 🙂

We had a wonderful breakfast at Norma’s! By far the best breakfast we had in Palm Springs. The decor is and vibe is amazing Outstanding service as well! We will definitely be back.

I will first start off by saying both the atmosphere and service here are superb! The smoothie samples were yummy and our cappuccinos were perfectly fluffy as well. However, my husband and I were saddened by our food experience after hearing such great things about the brunch at Norma’s. First, it came out cold and some items incorrect (husband received chicken in his omelette instead of lobster), and without hesitation they sent the order back to be redone. But the second time around, the dishes were overall lacking. His omelette was dry and potatoes were cold, and my artichoke Benedict was not only watery but the veggies/potatoes tasted like they had been previously frozen and not cooked well enough to crisp back up. Everything tasted slightly bland and needed hot sauce. The presentation felt off as well for a $98 breakfast. I’m not sure if this was an odd day or if there was a change in cooks? I don’t enjoy writing poor reviews but I feel like the feedback is needed!
