I wouldn’t even give them a 1 Star. I ordered chicken teriyaki not even 30seconds later they took it off the grill and call my order. I was so shocked how fast the order came up since this is raw chicken being cooked. I opened the box to find that the chicken was still raw and white. I asked if they can cook it longer she was so upset that I even said anything about how her food. She said this is done I said no I ordered less than a minute ago I have the receipt she said it’s pre cooked…..i said I can’t eat this it would make me sick. She said that she can’t put it back on the grill because it has sauce on it. I asked for a refund then she said we don’t do refunds only exchanges I said I want an exchange then I can’t eat this food it would make me and my toddler sick. She said give me your card I don’t Wana see you back here again. Done I never will with the kind of customer service I got. No wonder they have a 1 Star review. Sounds like the kind of ppl working there are very rude. I’ll make sure to tell EVERYONE not to come here again. The photo doesn’t even do it’s justice.

Seafood ramen is really refreshing. But rice meals really made my day. Kudos to the hardworking staff. By the way our appreciation goes to Nuqui family for that wonderful meal.

I got the veggie ramen, it was horrible. It tasted like dish water and there were random vegetables thrown in. The service wasn’t that good either. Don’t recommend

Absolutely hands-down the worst customer service. One employee in particular stood out! I just witnessed a customer come up and sample orange chicken. After he didn’t want to order, she called him a thief and demanded he order food because she gave him sample and he needs to order dish. “No Free” she yelled. I ordered food here minutes before, it was stale, dry and did not meet expectations.

Warning do not eat at this establishment! If they can’t get your order right! Don’t expect customer service from an employee from this establishment. Don’t asked for a manager to listen to your complaint or the word SORRY as an apology to come out from her. Here’s what she said to me and my name niece. They might blame you for not checking your receipt to confirm of what you order.

I’m not sure why all the lower star reviews the food was awesome and compared tot the other choices in the mall you can get even a beef and rice meal for 12 bucks.

Literally the worst place for teriyaki in the world. Ordered shrimp teriyaki, it was basically steamed rice topped with like 10 tiny shrimp and then some teriyaki sauce. On top of it, they are too cheap to offer chop sticks (I hate using forks and spoons). I should have known not to order food from here when a lady came running up to complain about her food and they made her pay for another entree.

Did not have the food here. I was a bit concerned about the Windex being sprayed around the food but what got me the most the guy cleaning the hood. I understand having to clean but wait until the mall is closed then clean the hood. This does not look good from a public eye to see someone standing on the grill cleaning
