The food is good but perhaps not great, although what can you expect from a mall fast food place? The prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and polite to me. I’m not sure why so many people seem to be having problems.

I used to eat here a lot, it was my favorite place out of all the food options at the mall, that was 4 years ago then they started getting bad, and bad, and bad till they’re food was just disgusting. Now everything taste old and slimy, their chicken is slimy and old, their shrimp is slimy and old, and funny enough their rice is actually not slimy but its dry and old. Their food is definitely eatable, but there is a reason their prices are so low, they charge 10 dollars for shrimp and chicken, that is cheap, and well you pay cheap you get cheap food unfortunately.

I ate there at the Fairfield commons and the employee who serviced me was great and kind and I got teriyaki chicken and it was pretty good. I’ve seen the bad reviews but it matters which nori Japan you go to. I deduct one star only because it wasnt the super best food I had but it was up there in my list.

I used to eat at this place a lot. Today the guy in charge of serving the food wasnt that kind (well they usually are not that kind but today was worst), after making my purchase I was sitting in front of this place EATING THEIR FOOD, when I looked back to this place I saw the same guy who served my food picking his nose, almost digging to his brain and practically he was counting every single piece of whatever he was extracting from his nose. DISGUSTING!!! NEVER WILL BE BACK AND DEFINETELY WON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AGAIN.
