This place is precious. You get your food and it is filled with love. You can really taste that Korean Grandma enjoys feeding people. She kept checking on us and even showed me how to eat the food (if Korean Grandma tells you to eat the sauce you eat it) she knows how to cook better than you know how to eat. Can’t wait to go back.

Been coming to this place for decades and the quality of the food has never changed. The Korean grandma works tirelessly to ensure everyone gets best experience. Although the place is kind of old but the food outweighs everything else. It is pricier than most Korean restaurants but the quality, taste, and portion were all exceptional. Highly recommend if in the area.

My wife and I drive past this place likely hundreds of times before one day on a whim we were looking for a place for dinner. We are extremely happy we made that choice! We have been there for both lunch and dinner times. The service is always great. The price for a family may seem a little on the high side but when you look at the quality of the food and the serving size I believe it is acceptable. We we defiantly be loyal repeat customers and do recommend this restaurant to friends.

Best Korean place in Norfolk. Makes it feel like I’m back in California. definitely a place to take big groups. The lady is extremely nice. You just gotta be patient because she is old but so kind. If you know California Asian food is super good so if you want really good Asian food I’ll come here.

I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years. I’m seeing a lot of reviews about bad service but the owner is doing everything herself. She seems to be tired but still providing the best she can. This is the best Korean around in the 757 area. Don’t expect P.F. Chang’s type of service, but you will get your food and your belly full. Leave a little extra tip if you can and pay with cash. It’ll help with the payment fees small businesses are hit with.

If you go to this place you have to be patient due to there’s only one worker, she is doing her best to accommodate people who are there. As far as food goes it’s worth a wait in my opinion. It’s good enough to to scratch your Korean food cravings.
