This restaurant (at Nordstrom, Park Meadows) used to be a pleasant destination experience. When Paula and Crystal were managers, the place was GREAT, and they really paid attention to make sure the customers were very satisfied with food as well as service. The food is not nearly as well prepared, and the service is suffering. Our waitress today was inattentive and made us feel like it was a real chore for her to fulfill simple requests. I had a “cold brew”, and it was dated best by 5/5/23 —— our waitress tried to explain that 5/5/23 was when it was made, but I Informed her that it was meant to be consumed by 5/5/23 (toady was 5/15/23). When the bill came, she did not charge me for it. When the kitchen staff comes out to use the rest room, they don’t look like they are enjoying their job (like they can’t wait for quitting time). All of the wait staff speaks highly of Austin, the bartender, and we have had him wait on us —— and we always feel like we are being waited on by a diesel mechanic.

We love to stop by when we come to park meadows. Grab a drink and hang out. I gotta ask the male bartenders name next time. But, that guy is on point. Definitely holding the place down. Go in and have a drink next time you’re there and rack up the Nordy card. Haha.

Love this place so much! The look of their (fresh baked) warm cookie sundae has changed in the last 8 years but it still tastes delicious as ever!! Seriously my all time favorite dessert. I ask for two scoops of ice cream so there enough for every bite. It really is good ice cream too. I do miss the pickle appetizers they use to give with every meal and the quality of the food isn’t always as good as it was before. There salads are rather large just as a warning.

Had a great experience. Only caution would be that the price is high when you have a couple drinks considering it is more of a cafe than a restaurant.

I ate here and was so lucky I did the food was incredible, I asked to speak to the chef because I was so impressed, chef Ashley came out and was such an amazing person to talk to, her passion for food was so evident, I would eat anything she cooked, try this place out but only if chef Ashley is there!

Food was actually very well put together. It certainly surprised me. It’s not award winning, but it’s good. Staff was friendly and welcoming. I would go here if I’m already in the mall.

The place used to be very kid friendly. However, I had lunch with my twins today, and first the hostess didn’t want to sit us – because they had no space for the stroller. And then the other hostess told me that if my kids drop something else on the floor – she will give me a broom and I will have to clean up. Unacceptably poor hospitality!

It’s becoming a tradition – she gets to shop and I get to work on other things while chilling out at Nordstrom Grill. Light food, full bar, great service and WiFi. — making the whole mall trip a tad more bearable.

My sister and I randomly ate here one day while out at the mall and I’m sure glad we did. We split the prime rib sandwich and fries for lunch and it was amazing!!! We’ve been back several times for this meal and it’s now my favorite meal to go out for and the everyone is always super nice from the hosts to the servers! And the little chocolate mints you get with your bill are yummy too 🙂
