Always a great lunch break and a bit of a luxury! The concept of an upscale lunch while out shopping was a staple of years past, but my wife and I come here just for lunch, and skip the shoes and housewares, etc.

On a shopping trip and we’ve never been into the fare you find in the ‘food courts’. As we were exiting the mall saw the sign for the Grill and decided to give it a try. The food was excellent and the service first class. The prices were a little high but not outrageously so. She had prime sandwich with fries and he the fish (cod) and fries. The coleslaw was very very good with a unique sauce.

Such a nice place to relax after a hard day of shopping! Here I had the best turkey and avocado sandwich that I’ve ever had. Super flavorful and always leaves me full and content. The fries are good as well except I wish that there were more sauce options. I also really enjoy the mac and cheese.The only thing that puzzles me about this place is how many of the menu items have so many calories!

Usually I enjoy eating here, but today I wasn’t thrilled with our lunch choices, the Nordstrom Grille burger, kids macaroni and cheese and chicken tenders did not really impress. I’m not in a hurry to return but I assume I will try it again down the line. I felt my money could have been better spent elsewhere.

Brought my son for the first time. Hoping for a great shopping- dinner experience. Food was cold. We asked for no pickles in his sandwich he got plenty. They had only one waitress serving 6 tables. I don’t think I will come back.

Went for a pre Christmas Sunday brunch. I Had the best of The Onion soup and it was delicious. My son had the prime rib au jus and my wife the chicken salad and all were very happy with our selections. Our server was friendly and efficient. Thank you for a delightful lunch.

This place is tucked away on the 3rd floor of Nordstrom in Beachwood mall so unless you know about it, you won’t know about it.

My coworker was looking for something tasty to eat for lunch today from Nordstrom Grill and found something she wanted on the online menu. She called to order it and Sierra told her it no longer exists on the menu. As if this wouldn’t be confusing enough, Sierra then hung up on her when she asked if there was anything comparable that she could order instead. We went in to order instead which is where we found Sierra barely playing hostess and looking very unkempt. She greeted us with a plain “hello” so underwhelming that i had almost forgotten it by the time i could begin this review. As she watched my coworker struggle to find something on the menu, she offered no help or interest in finding out what the customer may be seeking. My coworker settled on her desired meal and placed it. Sierra walked away with her nose in the air as slow as she possibly could to place it. One of her more engaged coworkers asked if she could help us with anything because we obviously looked like neglected customers. We thanked her and told her our order was being placed. Her coworker watching her is what what prompted the slightest bit of enthusiasm as she handed my coworker her receipt. We both work in this mall providing customer service and have seen a lot of changes here recently. The last thing we expected was such unacceptable customer service from one of the flagship stores at this mall.
