Jjam Bbong is iconic for a reason! Incredibly rich and flavorful broth full of seafood and noodles, topped with crunchy beans. Ordered it with pork belly also because why not from the delightful chef and owner Ms. Kim. Great balance of sweet, spicy and umami, and best of all, one bowl is enough for two! Grab a churro on your way out for dessert!

Situated inside a food hall, I ordered the cowboy ramen. The broth packs a punch of flavor. It balances just the right amount of sweet and salty from the soy. Also the portion size was perfect for a standalone entrée. It’s a bit on the larger side though – they’re certainly generous. Some smaller options so that you can eat your way around the market would be nice, but otherwise, this was an absolute hit. The vegetables picked up the flavor but still maintain the perfect amount of crunch and the beef is perfectly tender.

This place is always bustling, but let me tell you, noona noodles doesn’t disappoint! The people behind the register are always friendly and cheery, and their food is always fresh and delicious! Their spring rolls are the best I’ve ever tasted in my LIFE! Their brisket pho was also full of flavor. HIGHLY recommend if you’re looking for some good noodles to eat in K-town!!!

I ordered a vegan ramen dish and I noticed the chef remove a slice of cheese that was originally placed in the dish before serving it. And instead of just tossing it in the trash, she placed the slice of cheese on top of a lid that was resting on the counter. Either put the slice back where it was originally stored or throw it out. Don’t just have it sitting out like that to reuse.

By chance found Noona Noodles for spot late lunch. The beef Bulgogi ramen, pork miso ramen and army strew ramen was tasty and fresh. This place is a little gem and the lady who served us was courteous and helpful.

Seafood pepper bomb noodle is the bomb. Very flavorful and a perfect level of spicy. Jjampong broth is too bland for me .

The Jjamppong was really good. The seafood was fresh and the soup was hot. The noodle portion is enormous. I believe it was enough to feed 2 people.

Was visiting nyc for work and stumbled upon this gem. Let me tell you, this was the perfect dinner on a chilly night. I got the beef udon and not only was it delicious, but the portion was super generous. And to top it off, the owner was just the sweetest! Don’t miss out on this place—I’ll gladly be back every time I’m in town!

Everything here is so good – the ramen, bulgogi, tempura, seafood platters. They will adapt spiciness to your preference, and the team behind the counter is terrific.
