Ok food, not much for the price paid. Sign says they offer sandwiches..which they do not, false advertising. Absolutely no atmosphere, order at counter, eat at a table, clean up after yourself and leave. Nothing memorible. Site has the audacity to ask for a tip , at the counter when you order, then seat yourself, and then clean up after yourself. Join the #notipfornoservice movement

Very bad experience that’s been made worse by the lack of response or care from the company. The order they gave us was completely wrong and due to dietary restrictions, I was unable to eat it. We also didn’t get the extra chicken and veggies that we paid for. I’ve already tried contacting them on their website and via phone with no luck. Noodles and company used to be so customer driven and one of our favorites but after this experience and the frustration of trying to get what we paid for to no avail, I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

I am curious why a bowl of COLD Mac & cheese cost 8 dollars? I sat at my table waiting for my food as their team served many people who came in long after I did. I think 2 stars is very generous for my review after this experience, and is only in place because one worker noticed I was as waiting for 30 minutes without food and said something. I used to love coming here as a kid but it’s clear they have taken a fall from there. I won’t be coming here again.

Went there last night and got the mac & cheese meal deal. The food took a while to come out and when it did not only was it cold but the noodles were crunchy?! I was so hungry at that point that I just ate it because I knew they would take forever if I had them make it again.

They’re usually great but this time someone else took my online order before I got there. They remade it but forgot the marinated steak I paid for. I would really appreciate a refund for the inconvenience of having to wait for them to remake it as well as not getting what I paid for regardless.
