Terrible service! They couldn’t even give me more sauce for my Mac & Cheese because there was hardly any in there. They said they needed to charge me more for “extra sauce”. Grandmas buttered (rather butter less) egg noodles didn’t have hardly any butter and was floury and over done. And Papas Buffalo Mac had wayyy to much Buffalo sauce.

So we came to eat and when we sat on the chair it broke and bruised pretty badly. The restaurant does not have a first aid kit which is surprising where we have customers.

Andy, the manager at this location is incredibly intuitive and thorough. His customer service skills are above par for sure! He has a wonderful demeanor and he truly cares for his customers! I always love the noodles here! They are delicious! It may be a corporate company, but you can truly tell the down home, small town feel! Thanks for doing such a great job! Also, the ladies cooking my food, Maritsa and Blanca, were incredible at their skill of putting love into their food!

The staff was very friendly, however, the food just completely missed the mark. All the noodles were extremely firm and seemed undercooked and had an odd flavor. There was hardly any sauce on any of the items we ordered. I ordered Pad Thai which is normally good. This time the only way I could describe it is it tasted like garbage. There was something very off with it. I made the staff aware and they were nice enough to replace it with something different. The quality overall just isn’t very good and not worth the $62 I paid for it after taxes and a 20% tip.
