Noodles and Company is great. The food is always hot and amazing and they get it out to you super quick. But the atmosphere and staff really bring it down. They are always grumpy and mad when you are just being polite. To be honest, just order it in advance so you can pick it up and leave. The staff are really that bad. I hope they can fix it in the future, because if they do, it will be a really great place.

I normally eat 1 to 3 times a week in boulder location , but last time I ordered to go but that day after I picked I have to come back to use the bathroom but 1 min later a old , ugly and short girl employee knock the door telling me that I have to leave… This makes me very upset because I m a regular client and the place is always empty.. btw.. this girl is always grumpy , not the right job for her ..

Really gross food. Like your body can feel that this is just garbage quality, and it doesn’t taste that great either. Highly recommend you find something both healthier and tastier.

If you order online through Noodles, beware. They use Doordash. If they screw up your order, there’s no way to get them to correct it. I’m very upset with the way this is set up!! Door dash doesn’t show that I had an order and the restaurant claims no responsibility.
