Haven’t been here in a few months ( use to go every week) and don’t think I’ll be going back. There’s a reason it was empty at noon on a Saturday. Half the portion it use to be and way more expensive now. I got a small sharable, small mac and cheese and a regular salad and it was around 28 bucks i could go to a sit down breakfast place with another person and include drinks for that price. Then, you ask for a tip when u pay with a credit card? No thanks

**Update. Ordered last night and they forgot the protein along with receipt. Came back today to be pleasantly surprised by Tiffany and Kathrine because I didn’t think they were going to do much if they were even allowed to without a receipt, maybe a discount at most. But nope, they apologized and comped a whole new free meal for me. Yet another great experience. They handled the mistake perfectly. Management, you guys currently have a GREAT staff. Make sure they know they are appreciated with some praise and a raise too ***

The woman who took my order seemed bothered in a near empty restaurant. She barked at me twice then never offered my reciept before walking away. She then went straight from working the register to preparing food and operating cooking equipment with no gloves and without cleaning her hands. Mid food prep, she reached in her dirty back jeans pocket to grab her phone and check messages, then went right back to handling everything and preparing food orders. This location was disgusting. Oh and the beverage machine has been spraying syrup on the floor since my last visit. Here’s a photo since she didn’t have her name tag on.

5 stars for fast casual. I’ve never had a bad experience at noodles and company. Really at any location. However, my most recent order at this location, I really appreciated the attention to detail that the man working the register at 4:30pm had! Despite ordering pan noodles (which normally come with steak) he knew I had ordered my other entree and asked if the pan noodles should be tofu as well. This may seem silly but it’s really the small attention to details that go a long way. Thanks, man! Appreciate you!

Good food and good service. The only downside is that the entire place smells like cigarettes every time I come here. Maybe it’s due to the Smoker Friendly next door, but either way, I sort of wish it didn’t smell like cigarettes in the restaurant.

I really like the food and would love to come here more often but it can be so inconsistent with the amount of meat you actually get to the point where I sometime will order double and still get like three pieces. Other times I’m fine just ordering the standard amount. Why not just require employees to scale it out to avoid these issues. Other issues I had is the ordering app not working and not actually getting anything when I use the points and was just told to only redeem themin person.

I’m impressed with this Noodles and Company. I had the Med salad and they were so nice about making substitutes and it was delicious. I’ve been to other places and they totally didn’t hear or ignored me . This was a very positive experience.
