Placed an order for their pickup window 15 mins before I got there. I pull up there is one person in line not a big deal but then I sit there behind that one car for 12 mins. I decide to call and ask if my order is ready or not because I don’t want it sitting and getting cold while I’m stuck behind someone. The guy who answers says I don’t know if it’s ready I’m busy. I ask if he can check and he says honestly I don’t know what you got and I’m busy then hangs up on me. The lady in front of me finally gets her food and I pull up and they don’t come to the window at all for 6 mins.. customer service at this location is garbage and my food was cold. What a waste of money.

My daughter requested Noodles and co for her birthday dinner. She loves when a random noodle or two ends up in her Mac and cheese so I asked the super sweet girl working the register if she could make that happen she said “NO problem!” she Ran to the back and told the cook real quite so it would be a surprise for my daughter. she even threw in a little treat for after dinner! This all made my daughters night! She laughed every bite with all the random noodles! The food was great and the restaurant was very clean. 10/10

What can one say when after being the first time at that particular location and after a couple of years of not eating at Noodles & Co. the employee taking the orders (around 4:20pm on labor day), decides to give us a rude attitude not even willing to answer questions about newer menu options. The wait was also unacceptable 17-20 minutes for a couple of dishes. When my husband, my baby & myself walked in, we were the only ones at the location; after waiting for order for about 5 min. more customers start walking in & getting orders before we did. Very disappointed & definitely not going back here; moreover, our pad thai was unfortunately tasting a bit too sweet & noodles were more hard than they used to be. I dislike writing reviews, but this experience felt not okay enough to not say anything.

are you kidding me ? my wife and I had never tried this place and I don’t think we will ever step in this place again after this, the person in th would not take my order inside the restaurant because she said they were only taking online order, with an attitude she told me only online orders even thou the store was open she was not doing anything else she was infront of a register she would not take my order I hope the owner of this place is happy with this kind of service because I walked out and want nothing to do with it , so aggravated.

A rare 5 star but the girl at the counter is cool, has a life that’s not involving staring down customers and giving crummy looks. Get cooking is actually cool once you talk to him and the noodles are the perfect amount of sticky not chewy. Steak is good all around a good bowl. Thanks noodles edging out panda for my favorite noodle place.
