Lots of free close parking, handicapped accessible entrance. Store was clean, organized and well stocked. Employees were fast, attentive and courteous. Our orders were up quickly and accurately. Food was quite good, nothing really special but still quite good.

I usually would give a great review but last time I placed an ordered they canceled my order with no warning 5 minutes before I pick up order. I called and was put on hold and was told my order was canceled. I was upset cause I was picking up my dinner. I said so your telling me I have nothing to eat. Thanks …thanks a lot. Don’t know if the teen on the other end was clueless or being mean he said oh your welcome. I hung on him. Yep have not been back since. Use to go often. The food is good but you may or may not have an order when you pick up. The hours also change without notice too.

They know how to ruin the customer experience. My order was to be ready around 1:00, they lost the order, made me wait in line to reorder, as they messed up someone else’s order. There were 5 employees in full panic mode trying to get out orders to 4 customers. They finally gave me mine at 1:30. So much for a quick bite for lunch.

Good customer service, young lady at the register took extra steps to make us understand some menu items since it was our first time ,made some suggestions. The food was just okay, but to be honest nothing was outstanding to make me visit noodles and Co again . And please remove the cilantro that you guys put generously on every dish you serve .

I’m a big fan of this company and the quality food and service they offer. However, this location has on numerous occasions not held up that same standard. In particular, glaring opportunities to address on how they manage their delivery orders. On two separate instances I have submitted an order that has been confirmed and then an hour later, my driver calls me saying they don’t have your food because they were out of an ingredient. Why is my driver calling me when the restaurant management should be following up? Instead, they wasted not only my time, but also impacted a delivery driver’s income. His time is his money, and he missed out on a $12 tip. It’s not a good experience for a customer and this location gives Noodles & Co a bad name. Please, raise your standards.
