Best cookie EVER! Even got 3 more to take home. Haven’t had anything I’ve disliked here but I keep going back to the buttered noodles with extra parm & extra seasoning- so simple but so delicious! I was ordering take out today at 12:30pm and when waking out I over heard the manager, Teresa, yelling at an employee saying “do you even clean at home?” And also claiming that the employee has a small brain. All while disregarding the fact that there were customers around seeing and hearing it. Seeing an employee break down and cry cause of a managers inability to control her own personal problems and emotions in a work space is absolutely disgusting. She’s disrespectful and I really hope you find someone more sympathetic and courteous towards others. And just plane being respectful regardless of age, race, and gender. Ridiculous.

We visited this location today (5/13) around 7:15pm even with the locations POS systems down we were easily able to place our order online. The manager on the floor came out to check on us and was super friendly. The whole team working was very organized and fast! They were super busy and managed to get orders out one after the next. We were impressed. Great job team!

We ordered our meals at 1:47p and weren’t given them until 2:10p. Had they told us before we ordered that they were busy, understaffed, ect and that it was going to be 20 plus minutes we, at the minimum, could have decided to order or leave. 20 plus minutes for fast food seems a touch unreasonable.
