I came here for the first time thinking I would get a decent amount of food for the price. The girl at the front counter wasn’t friendly and I honestly don’t think she wanted to be there. I ordered Japanese noodles ($7) I asked if I could get some meat on it she said that would be an extra 5 dollars I think it was I said that was fine. I also asked for a drink she never asked me what size I wanted just handed me a cup. I think all together it was a little under $17. When I got my food I almost felt like walking out but I was really hungry. Man it was such a small bowl with 2 big pieces of meat and that’s it! Two pieces of meat for $5! That’s insane. I was so disappointed I left that place hungry, after I left I ended up getting some Panda Express. I should have just gone to Mongolian, never coming back here again.

We went here for the first time today even though they’ve been around us for nearly a decade wherever we lived. I have to say how utterly disappointed I am with the food. The macaroni and cheese was noodles with some shredded cheese on top which was very disappointing and needless to say it was very dry. The spaghetti with meatballs was also a highly disappointing dish. The meatballs tasted like store-bought Frozen foam with a hint of natural gas added to them. The spaghetti sauce tasted like something out of a can. Needless to say I would never order this again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The garlic cheese bread was also a big disappointment. I ordered six pieces thinking that that would be enough for me and my wife and my youngest daughter and when I saw these they were only about an inch and a half long. They were absolutely tiny the cheese wasn’t even attached to the bread and it was very much lacking flavor like everything else we had tonight. I also ordered a penne pasta with chicken which none of us have yet tried because we were so highly disappointed in the rest of the food. I also ordered two small containers of their steak which were about $5 each and the steak tasted like slowly processed pot roast. Overall this really was a very bad experience for spending nearly $70. I would not recommend Noodles and Company to anyone and I don’t see myself ever returning. One dish being bad is acceptable and worth the second chance. Two dishes being bad is close to a second chance. But three people not liking anything out of five different dishes is just not worth a return. I could have made all this food at home much cheaper and probably quicker than it took me to drive there and back home. Not a fan at all. Sorry for the bad review but I believe in giving honest reviews and this is my honest opinion.

My family and friends visit Noodles and Company frequently. It doesn’t matter if there is a staff change or a menu change – it is always excellent food. It is very clean there; prices are so reasonable you simply should try this place if you haven’t already. Fresh, delicious ingredients; substitutions allowed. All personnel are friendly, caring and wanting nothing more than to please you. They have different dishes that you can add a variety of meats to, based on a plethora of noodles; cooked to perfection. Drinks of your choice – soda pop, iced tea and many bottled favorites. You’ll be so happy you came and experienced Noodles and Company!

Not enough variety . .my daughter and I both tried and didn’t like. Then me and my guy went and left. Noodles express in town located in the mall and off west Broadway street are much better and more variety

I just opened my potstickers.. to find 5 pot stickers.. not 6.. I swear on my dog and cats that I didn’t eat any potstickers. Also has broccoli on it? Not sure if my DoorDasher ate it or what but it’s unfortunate.

Love it!! If you want a quick pasta dish with lots of flavor, this is your spot!! Beats having to go to a fancy Italian restaurant!

I had never eaten at this restaurant (brooks street on June 28 @3:30) and thought I would check it out. When I walked in the door the left wall had posters that showed menu items. The Pesto Cavatappi looked good and was advertised as having: Curly pasta, basil pesto, garlic, mushrooms, tomato, wine, cream, parmesan and Italian parsley, for 7 dollars. I went up to the front counter and ordered a small, making sure to ask if it had meat (I’m vegetarian). The lady said no unless I wanted it and I said no meat. I also ordered an Izzy drink and the order came to 19 dollars which didn’t make sense. When I got the dish it had chicken. The gal who took my order was gone so the cook came to the counter. I pointed at the poster in front of the door and said that’s what I ordered, it doesn’t say anything about meat. His response was, “well that’s odd. I don’t know why that’s there. It always comes with meat”. At that point I handed it back to him, and left, 19 dollars poorer and still hungry. I never got a receipt, so I still don’t understand what cost 19 dollars since the dish was posted for 7 dollars. I can’t imagine the Izzy drink cost 12 dollars. If you are going to have a giant poster advertising a dish, the dish you receive should be the same that you advertised. I will never be back, and I will pass the word on to my friends. As far as I’m concerned, this restaurant stole 19 dollars from me.

Was here 3 years ago and it was great. Here yesterday. Our meals were so bland. Salad menus minimal since last time. Person taking our order appeared inconvenienced. Sorry. Definitely need to improve as you used to be

First time eating here ordered a recommended dish, pad Thai, it was good. Different than the traditional pad thai. This place takes a boring traditional dish and makes it modern. Will be back to try the other dishes.
