To start off, this particular location is decent, however make sure to double check your order. We are typically shocked when everything comes out as ordered… the food itself always tastes the same, but at times the side salad or soup is missing, or they give you the wrong soup, or they forget the chicken in your meal, etc. Just make sure to double check, especially if you’re ordering dor multiple people.

I got pad tai with chicken. One all I got was straight noodles no toppings. I also ordered chicken but got no chicken. I’ve been here before and the cashiers are very rude. They once refused to give my friend his change and made sarcastic remarks. Go to the other one in Woodbury so much better.

Ordered Parmesan crusted chicken on top of my buttered noodles (as always), but today it comes out looking like charcoal. Ordered it to go and didn’t open until I got home, otherwise I would have asked for it to be remade. The rest of my food was amazing, but seriously disappointed in the chicken.

I’m not one to usually complain in a public format, but after going to this Noodles several times (closest to my office) and being disappointed time and again I’m done with this location. It’s worth the drive across town to the other Noodles. Every time I’ve had the penne rosa there has been almost zero sauce on it (= zero flavor). I shouldn’t have to pay an extra dollar just to get a little sauce. The mac n cheese usually has just a small glob of cheese in the middle that’s like rubber. Neither my daughter nor I could even stir our food today it was so dry. Don’t go to this location unless you want to eat rubbery, dry noodles that have no taste. On the upside, the service is always very friendly at the counter.

Was charged about $3 for a cup of water but didn’t realize this until I looked at the receipt. Also overcharged for meal because cashier didn’t bundle it as a meal as we requested. Asked about these costs and got a shrug. To be fair, she did say sorry, she should have told me about the water. Forgot some stuff on our order, too. There’s a little chopstix next door, so I’ll try that instead next time.
