I am not one to post any reviews, especially if it’s a negative one. However, I feel that I need to express my views on this one. I just ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken. As you can see from the picture the salad was less than desirable. I thought no problem; they probably didn’t know that they were serving old, rotten salad greens. I decided to make the decision to tell them with the intention of warning them so that they don’t serve other customers with the bad salad greens. I showed one of the workers and her response was to the effect that she knew and that was how the salad greens came from the bag. No apologies, just that they knew. Now, that is totally unexpectable. They intentionally knew that they were serving me rotten salad and did not give me any options. Management needs to train their employees better. Instead of serving rotten salad, they should have told me prior to serving so that I would have other options to choose from. Better yet, they could have looked out for their customers (me) by picking out the bad greens, or they could have given me the option of replacing the greens with cucumbers or more tomatoes. But they didn’t do any of the above. This whole incident signifies that they didn’t care about my health and quality of their food. I been in the restaurant business for over 25 years; Noodles and Company management please train your employees better. The notion of treating your customers the way you wanted to be treated is a simple but good measure to assure customer service.

EDIT: the parking construction is done however there was a sign on the door today that says due to short staffing you cannot order in person, it has to be done online.. however, I walked in (there were zero people inside and they were standing around) and was told to order online, another gentleman walked in and was told to order online, then a lady with two kids walked in and he took their order no problem up front, then a group of teenagers he told to order online. I get the staff are doing the best they can but cmon. I truly wish this wasn’t the closest noodles to me.

It’s generic cafeteria food. Not even that good. It isn’t pleasant. Waste of money. Employees were fine- average. They also got my pasta with broccoli wrong, and when they redid it, it had raw broccoli. Regardless, the sauces are nasty. My 5 year old daughter said, “this is gross. They should tear this down and build a Taco Bell.” We’ll never go back.

I ordered a gluten-sensitive option of bbq mac and they not only fixed the toppings and remade it after I forgot to say I can’t have the jalapeños, but they made the chicken in the oven instead of the stove top to avoid the same surface they cook other gluten options on.

Nice people, and I’m sure good food….had to write this while waiting because I was alarmed by the condition of the place. Paint coming off the walls, dirty tables, chairs pulled out, dirty floor, lighting over the cash register was really dim and looked shady. Would hesitate going forward because you know what they say, dirty place, dirty kitchen, poor hygiene? Who knows.

Annoyed the fact that we have to order online instead of inside where I’ve seen families still order inside. Either take down the sign or don’t allow others to order in person. Which the sign is completely pointless too. Either you are pushing away customers which I don’t think the owner would approve or appreciate or you are still required to work and complete orders. Taking orders inside would take the same amount of time.

Someone please hire people and pay them to flipping stay!!! I can’t with this place. 3 employees one manager doing everything. A trainee and one that just looked like a topspin toy going in circles. This is not the fault of anyone on the inside. I couldn’t order at the counter until we begged dang near. Help that poor manager out holy tolito! Or close your gosh dang doors till u find someone and deal with the online and the store front! People love this food my wife included. Food is always perfect only way my daughter likes Mac and cheese. But honestly hire people and pay them and double that managers salary he is a bennifit to the reason yall haven’t shut down! Ty my man for making sure we got food in the cities!
